My wife and I have visited this spa before and were very happy with the experience.Unfortunately on this occasion one of their unique features, the foot spas, were not working.Other than this everything else was up to the high standard that we expected.We especially liked sitting in the outdoor spa pool watching the clouds go by.We have visited 2 other spas in Warwickshire but we still prefer Welcombe.The only reason I have not given 5 stars is the lack of the foot spas, which the other spas we have visited do not even have.

Treatments were excellent and service were great. All staff very friendly and helpful. The spa was ultra clean and treatment rooms/thermal rooms/pools/changing rooms were all well kept and in mint condition. The hotel was lovely and the spa excellent - lovely pools and sauna, steam room, ice fountain and various other treatment rooms. We went on a Monday so had the place nearly to ourselves which was excellent. The lunch was good and we enjoyed a glass of wine. We started our treatments at 2pm. My friend had the standard pamper package, which was to last one and a half hours and I had the luxury package to last two and a half hours. Unfortunately I did not receive the full body massage as the spa therapist said she had hurt her back. I only got the back and head massage. The therapist said she would give me a longer facial. My treatments did not last two and a half hours. I felt sorry for my son who had paid for my pamper day. The assistant at reception explained that the treatments don't necessarily last the times stated, as the pedicure and manicure can vary with what needs to be done.(my nails were not in a particularly good state as I had been waiting to get them done at the pamper day) I feel that the duration of the treatments should not be advertised as part of your literature as mine didnt last for the times stated.Guest Rating
