You can also indulge yourself with treatment and pamper days at our comprehensive HealthWorks Health and Therapy Studio. Healthworks offers a wide range of treatments to help you feel & look good. There are a whole host of treatments available for both men and women, ranging from manicures and facials to full body energiser and stress relievers. You can also choose from a selection of seven Self Indulgence Day packages. Self Indulgence packages include unlimited use of the 25m swimming pool, sauna, whirlpool, steam room, aerobic studio, gym, a light lunch, unlimited tea and coffee. You can choice between Pamper day, Relaxation day, Aromatherapy, Detoxification, Top to Toe, Sheer Indulgence or Pure Luxury day. We guarantee that you will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.
