Excellent value Booked this one night break through Spaseekers who were excellent and rang me back promptly and managed to get the date I wanted. The break itself was excellent value for money and included a half hour treatment, 3 course dinner with a glass of wine, breakfast and champagne in the room as well as use of the facilities eg. swimming pool. The staff at ther hotel were friendly and accommodating. They let us change the treatment times at the last minute as my sister was stuck in traffic. Big thanks too to Claire in the restaurant who let us have our desserts later as our young children were becoming restless!! Fabulous. Highly recommended!!! |

Great Pamper Package Whole experience fantastic from the helpful service offered by the SpaSeekers staff to the time at the hotel. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. Let us change one of the treatments at short notice as my sister was late and stuck in traffic. The deal was brilliant value for money. Would highly recommend the hotel. Good location, easily accessible from the motorway, great facilities and staff that went the extra mile. Would definitely book through SpaSeekers in the future. Superb! |

Relaxing and professional I had a neck, back and shoulder massage and a radiant facial, both of which were brilliant. I felt completely comfortable and it was extremely relaxing. The staff were great. I couldn\'t fault the spa experience, but the hotel itself was mediocre. The lunch itself wasn\'t great and the pool not as upmarket as I\'d hoped. To be honest though, the spa experience was so good that I didn\'t mind about the overall hotel! |

Fantastic spa break Excellent value for money spa break. Ladies Friday night feeling package included champagne on arrival in room, three course evening meal, overnight stay and breakfast plus a 30 minute spa treatment! The hotel had excellent facilities and was very clean. There are two restaurants and coffee bars and our three course meal was very nice. The waiter service was very professional too. The spa treatment was great and the ladies again were very professional. The only area with room for improvement was the leisure receptionist who was rude, miserable and didn’t t know what she was doing! But she was a small blip and didn’t t spoil our stay! Highly recommend it. |
