Accommodation
Our modern hotel has 87 bedrooms with a choice of Standard, Superior, and Premier rooms. Many of the rooms have balconies with panoramic views over the golf course and a number cater especially for spa guests.
All our bedrooms are well appointed with, for example, tea & coffee making facilities, trouser press, internet access, and all our family rooms have DVD players so that you can bring along your favourite films. Our Premier rooms also have a king size bed, separate shower, and a spa bath. All our rooms are non-smoking.
As a resident you can enjoy complimentary access to our Health Club including its gymnasium and deck level swimming pool.

Ufford Park Spa is ALL ABOUT YOU. Our therapists have been specifically chosen and trained to provide you with the Spa experience you are looking for at any given time – whether you want to feel relaxed, revitalised, or restored.
Our facilities are based around a luxurious Thermal Suite which comprises of heating and cooling experiences following ancient bathing rituals. The Suite includes a large central hydro-pool, with aroma steam room, soft sauna, mineral grotto, feature showers, foot spas, and a relaxation area.
Our Spa experiences and residential breaks combine use of the Thermal Suite with our extensive range of Babor beauty treatments, with one perfectly complementing the other to help ensure that you achieve the desired outcome.
Exercise & Activities
Our Health Club is professionally managed by Fitness Express, a company specialising in running health clubs. Their involvement ensures that we provide you with the very highest levels of expertise and professionalism. Our extensive facilities include: a 33 station gymnasium incorporating the latest cardiovascular and resistance equipment; an indoor deck level swimming pool; a traditional Nordic sauna and steam room; a hot tub; solarium; dance studio; and two mile perimeter walking/running track.
Time Out
On site we have a selection of bars and areas to relax and unwind in, most with fantastic views over our parkland golf course. If you are wanting to be a little more energetic we have a 2 storey golf driving range and a challenging 18 hole golf course. There is also a 2 mile path around the perimeter of the golf course which is a quiet and beautiful walk. We also have bikes to hire and a grass tennis court.
We are located just outside the historic market town of Woodbridge, and 2 miles from the famous Anglo Saxon Burial Ground at Sutton Hoo. We are also within easy reach of Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold and the rest of Suffolk’s unspoilt Heritage Coastline.
Outdoors
Enjoy 18 holes of golf on our championship 18 hole golf course or a relaxing stroll around the 2 mile perimeter of the course. For golf enthusiasts, we have a 32 bay 2 storey driving range and golf lessons available with Stuart Robertson our resident PGA Golf Professional.
Locally, you can enjoy a walk by the river in Woodbridge or through Rendlesham Forest, both within a 5 minute drive.
RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve is a superb place to enjoy a day out, whether you are a birdwatcher or simply want a country walk with the family. Minsmere is one of the RSPB’s most famous nature reserves. There is a wide network of paths and trails, enabling you to experience heath, woodland, and the beach and dunes.
Cuisine
Ufford Park has a range of dining options for guests. In addition to our more formal dining room which offers a Table d’Hote menu every evening, we offer Sunday Lunch in our Vista Restaurant with its panoramic view over the Golf Course.
More informal dining is available in the Meeting Place Bistro, situated near the Spa facilities, which serves a delicious range of bar meals using the finest local ingredients, and Bar 19 which offers more traditional favourites and is particularly popular with our golfing guests. Both these areas have magnificent views over the golf course.
There is also a quiet lounge for more discrete and peaceful dining and this is especially popular with robed guests who are mid-way through their Spa visit.
