The hotel is designed around two courtyards and surrounded by wonderful countryside. The conservatory enjoys views across one courtyard where a fountain and a stone gazebo provide an attractive focal point. Within the hotel there are many relaxing lounge areas over a number of levels, allowing guests to feel at home. The 154 bedrooms are well equipped and comprise doubles, twins and singles. Or perhaps you would like to choose one of our large suites with comfortable lounge and dining areas and a luxurious bathroom complete with its very own walk-in shower and Jacuzzi bath.

WOW! You gotta go! Well, what a fantastic experience from start to finish! We booked a two night break, with three taster treatments and evening meals, bed, breakfast and lunch on one day. From check in, the staff could not do enough for us, very welcoming and accommodating. The treatments were for 25 minutes and went from one treatment to the next, very blissful and I did not want to get up and leave the room. The pool was an ok size, also a sauna and steam room but sadly no Jacuzzi, which did let the spa down a bit in my eyes. Small changing facilities that got very busy and cramped, but this only happened once during our stay, mainly we were on our own! The food was amazing! Different meals and not a bad one during our stay, our waiter was very attentive and helpful. Hotel allowed us to take lunch on the day we chose, which was great as allowed us to go exploring oxford! comfortable relaxing break away The service we received from beginning to end was welcoming, professional and helpful. The spa suite was well thought out and provided a relaxing experience. The beauty therapists were considerate of our needs in order to get the best from our treatments.On our arrival there were a number of hen parties which unfortunately took up the pool and steam rooms throughout the day. We planned our stay around this and found that by opting to use these facilities on the following morning we had use of the pool and steam rooms solely to ourselves.The food was excellent and the restaurant staff very attentive.Overall our stay at the Oxford belfry was very relaxing. Lovely food and rooms. Hotel: 8/10 Spa: 6.5-7/10 Food 10/10 Best part was the menu included in the offer � you had access to the full high-quality restaurant menu (not a reduced spa guest menu!) which was delicious. Both Breakfast and Lunch were also great � a huge selection of buffet-style food the highlight being the �make-your-own-dessert� table at lunch. Staff very friendly and environment was pleasant. The spa was nice � between three of us we had facial, massages and a pedicure which were all good. A decent size gym to use as well. One thing I would say is that it seems that the Spa was an after-thought; knocked up on the edge of the existing hotel. This was fine except the pool was also used by hotel guests and (not meaning to sound grumpy but) our relaxation around the pool was slightly disturbed by loud kids dive-bombing into the water. Great weekend away The spa break was fantastic. I went with my friend for her 24th birthday; we really enjoyed ourselves and would most definitely be returning. The staff in the spa was very friendly, as was the staff in the hotel area. The buffet style breakfast and lunch was delicious; there was so much to choose from. The rooms were very tidy, as was the rest of the hotel. The spa treatments were really relaxing and enjoyable; the staff was really informative and assuring. All in all the spa break was such a great experience and I have no doubt I will be there again later in the year. Fantasic Spa Break We arrived ready for lunch which was buffet-style with lots of choice. Receptionist was kind and our room was available straight away. The spa girls made us feel welcome and showed us around in detail. We were able to use the facilities at the spa before our booked treatments, so had a few hours in the pool, sauna and steam room. Treatments were fantastic - a really relaxed atmosphere. The back, neck and shoulder massage was to \'die for�! Dinner was great - choices off the menu were plentiful and superbly presented. Rooms were clean and breakfast was, again, great! Would definitely be going back, just got to wait for Christmas or another birthday!! Imagine Crossroads with spa The spa was nice, with a tranquil \"spa room\" where we waited for our treatments. The treatments were good if a little hurried, and the staff was very friendly. The spa facilities included a small but adequate swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room (no \"swirl pool\" as advertised). All round, not a bad spa area. But all this was at odds with the hotel, with its tacky patterned carpets and Radio Heart playing Minogue at full volume while we waited 45 minutes for our \"Red Leicester and Spanish Onion Bloomer\". We were there on New Year\'s Eve and there were quite a few guests plus a wedding, so not all that tranquil a spa experience. Just about worth the money. Good treatments, relaxing day Great treatments with pleasant staff. Staff had good knowledge about being pregnant - I was 7 months pregnant and the beautician was aware of what products could be used etc. It was thoroughly relaxing and a lovely day of pampering which is what I needed. Halloween home from home Was treated to a much needed weekend break on my own over Halloween. I was upgraded to a really nice room with a spa bath in the bathroom. Excellent service; especially for dinner in the restaurant which was outstanding. Good treatments and very relaxing, even though the spa is in a very busy hotel. I extended my stay for another day I was enjoying it so much. Managed to fit in a lovely visit to Oxford whilst there.
