Relaxing, great location Harmony Spa has a great location with spectacular views. I went for a mother and daughter package which I thought was reasonable value. The highlights: The heated outdoor pool was a real treat on a breezy winter’s day! So lovely to be swimming in heated water yet feeling the cool sea breeze on your face! The lunch was also excellent, fresh-tasting healthy food with stunning views from the restaurant. Treatments were good and staff were very friendly. Room for improvement...the treatment rooms were a bit jaded and the relaxation room was a small room with a couple of uncomfortable wooden recliners and a plug in heater. The \"massage\" shower was not that at all, just some weak jets. Overall I would return for treatments and definitely for lunch but I would hope they could get a better relaxation room and refurbish the treatment rooms. |

Fab Spa Day We had a lovely time in the spa. It would have been good to be able to buy the nail varnish used in our pedicures at the front desk on our departure. We were not expecting to share the facilities with other hotel guests e.g. the pool, but this is largely because we have used spas before that have been spa only. The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. |

Overall good - but lunch palava I took my mum here for mother\'s day & the spa facilities, staff & treatments were all brilliant. The only negative is that lunch was meant to be included, & we were told we could order any 2 dishes from the menu each. However at the end of the meal, we were presented with an additional bill of £33.65 as the menu had some additional \'supplement\' and \'market price\' prices on them, yet at no point were we informed that we would have to pay for these. You would think if there is a change of paying up to £60 extra for a piece of fish, someone would tell us. The staff were not too friendly about it & only after I suggested they should warn people when ordering in future, only then did they apologise. Unfortunately, it meant we left after a lovely day out of pocket & annoyed. |

mother & daughters We had a wonderful relaxed day, assisted by hot sunny weather.There was enough time to rest and relax as well as for having treatments. If the weather had been bad, the indoor pool was not big enough to swim in; however, this was not a problem on our day.We were very impressed by the choices of food at lunchtime.We felt that it mattered to the staff that we had a good experience. Definitely to be an annual event!!! |

Could have been better As a first time spa goer I felt that things were not explained very well when I got there - I did not know what was going to happen. E.g. I was told I had time to go and get a coffee, but felt embarrassed when I was then asked for payment when I had not taken a purse or money with me when going to get my coffee - as I had assumed a simple cup of coffee would have been included? I completed a health assessment at the beginning, but then had to tell the member of staff about a knee problem - so had my assessment been read? The facilities were great, the food fabulous and the view over Poole harbour whilst eating lunch was amazing - probably the best bit if I am honest. I just did not feel that relaxed as things could have been explained better to avoid embarrassment and the feeling unsure. |

well planned out We liked the plan of the spa day i.e.; use of facilities in the morning and the deluxe spa day treatments in the afternoon. We were well fed and looked after very well. The girls Emma and Rebecca were lovely and very skilled. Facilities, especially the hot tub were well used! Wish we could go every week. |

Lovely relaxing day We had a lovely day at the Haven. The treatments and the therapists were excellent as were the guys in the Leisure Club, very customer focused. The outdoor pool had just opened which was a bonus and the outdoor hot tub has stunning views out to the sea and Old Harry Rocks. Lunch was served in the main restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and included in our spa day was a choice of 2 courses from anything on the menu. The only negative I would give the spa is although everything was clean and tidy, the indoor pool area is quite small and is looking very tired as were the changing rooms, however I would return here because of the fantastic location, food and quality of treatments. |

Our Special Day Together My lovely husband bought this amazing birthday present for my birthday. I spent a very enjoyable day with my daughter, catching up on girly gossip. Even though our first time at a spa we both felt very relaxed. The temperature outside was very cold but sitting in the hot tub overlooking Poole Bay was spectacular. The staff were friendly and explained where everything was. Enjoyed the treatments, very relaxing. The spa area was very clean and tidy. Would most certainly recommend to all my friends and would love to go again, already dropping hints to the husband. |
