There's so much to say about the Belfry Hotel Spa in Wishaw that it's hard to know where to start.
The location is stunning, in 550 acres of countryside and complete with golfing facilities.
The spa is really something else though.
Just marvel at the fantastic chill out and relaxation rooms, plus a special treatment room just for mums-to-be.
Enjoy the choice of ESPA, Clarins, Jessica, Fake Bake and Bare Minerals treatments or you could try the exclusive Miratense range - or a Shin Tai Guided Mind-Journey - actually a two hour long facial with much much more.
The pools, gym, sauna and steam rooms all add to the spa ambience...go on, go for it!

Pampered. relaxing, restful A thoroughly enjoyable day for myself and my daughter, being totally pampered and feeling totally relaxed. The mini treatments were probably some of the best I\'ve had, wished they could have been full treatments! The staff were totally professional, but at the same time being approachable and attentive. We couldn\'t have asked for more! |

Treat Lovely setting. Great lunch. Paid extra for Fire & Ice direct to spa (£20) which was well worth it. Lovely products and delicious treatments. A fab pampering day. |

Welcoming and friendly. Spa was extra money though! We had a lovely day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the food was lovely and the treatments were fantastic. The manicure and pedicure were fairly minimal but the facial and massage we had were fantastic. The only problem was that the use of the hydro spa was an extra £20 each on top of an already expensive day out. |

Bliss at The Belfry As a birthday treat for my mother, my father & I arranged a \'Mother and Daughter Spa Day\'. My mother is, self-admittedly, not easy to please, but she didn\'t have one complaint about this day. We arrived around 10 o’clock and were greeted at the reception, led to the relaxation room, asked if we would like a drink and provided with waffle robes for the day. We were then led to the pool area and spent just over an hour in the Aqua Spa; which I had paid extra for. This was lovely, refreshing and well worth the money. Our treatments began at 2.30 and until then we sat outside reading magazines with complimentary drinks and ate a lovely lunch. The treatments; a neck and back massage, personalised facial and manicure/pedicure, which together lasted for an hour and a half, were divine. We both felt totally pampered and glorious. Afterwards, we met with my father for dinner, a perfect end to a perfect day! |

An excellent venue. The Belfry is set in beautiful surroundings with very helpful/friendly staff. A lovely breakfast is available, excellent rooms with interlocking doors for big party groups like ours, and overall good value for money. If they had to improve they should offer at least one treatment as part of the package to all guests, or, a golf lesson. The Belair Club was really fun but could do with a bit of refurbishment. |

Welcoming, relaxing, enjoyable, highly recommended Was a fantastic experience from start to finish, especially the attentiveness and care with the treatments and the staff at The Belfry; hotel staff mostly very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy, great choice of breakfast. Maybe a little more variation on the lunch menu (for the healthy bunnies, more salads and vegetarian suggestions would be good, perhaps that could also apply for the dinner menu?). Hotel nice, bet it\'s excellent in the summer! Would definitely visit again, any chance of building an outdoor pool though?? |

Disappointing Visit We were disappointed with the extent of \'pampering\' that our Pamperday offered. On arrival, none of the staff appeared to know what they were doing; we were not shown around the facilities or given any kind of introduction of any sort. We were not offered a drink, not even water. We were given robes and slippers but were left to find our own way to the changing facilities. The leisure facilities at the Belfry were most disappointing. The treatments were performed at maximum satisfactorily, no better. The saving grace of the day was the fire and ice centre which we both thoroughly enjoyed, although again there was no member of staff on hand for greeting, introduction and orientation, etc. |
