The hotel has recently undergone a refurbishment in 2008 and the hotels bedrooms are extremely modern and comfortable from standard rooms to luxury suites, all bedrooms are en suite with TV’s and mini bars, room service is available if you prefer to stay in the room or you can choose from Restaurant 1559 for fine dining, or if you prefer more of a casual evening then you can venture over to our Zest bar and grill open till 11pm in the evenings serving snacks and meals throughout the day and evening.

The Zest bar and grill is a bar that overlooks the golf course, serving snacks from jacket potatoes to salads and main meals like steak/ burgers and fish all day long. This is where day packages can attend for there lunch. Alternatively if you wish to stay in the hotel there is a fine dining restaurant available in the evenings serving a la carte cuisine.

The spa offers a vast range of treatments suited for individual needs. Using the well known range that is ESPA, Decleor and Guinot, renown for there aromatherapy ingredients, once you’ve been with our trained therapists they will tailor make the treatment for your specific needs, helping improve skin condition, relax the mind, leaving the skin soft and refreshed and your self utterly pampered and relaxed.

Within the hotel there is a fully equipped gymnasium full of cardio and weight equipment. Along with a heated swimming pool, spa bath, sauna and steam room. Aqua fit takes place on selected days in the week (this must be pre booked). If you’re a keen golfer we have an 18 hole golf course along with a driving range- this too must be pre booked.

Sprowston Manor hotel has the park and ride a 5 minute walk from the hotel entrance this will then take you to Norwich city centre, available for shopping, cinema, restaurants etc. The coast is 20 minutes from the Hotel by car and the broads is 10-15 minutes where you will find restaurants, lovely views and walks.

Situated 15 minutes from the city centre but near the country an ideal location for a relaxing spa break or a weekend away at the hotel with shopping in Norwich. Based near the Broads ideal in summer time, along with beautiful coastal walks only a drive away from the hotel.
