Not enough loungers around the pool, very noisy There was not enough loungers around the pool so we had to stand around waiting for some to be brought in from outside. The pool was very noisy with children playing, this took away from the relaxing experience. The treatments however were excellent. |

Manicure The treatment rooms were well set out and maintained. The use of the massage bed and standard chair to create a manicure station was rather uncomfortable. I would pre booked a deluxe manicure with the heated hand mitt but only received a standard manicure. The nail polish was applied in two very thick coats which remained soft for several hours, thus marking easily. The staff were friendly and the relaxation room was well stocked with a range of teas as well as chilled water. Overall the experience was pleasant. |

Package not good value I booked a pamper day package and overall, I would say I was slightly disappointed. The full body massage was lovely - as was the mini facial - but the mini pedicure and manicure was nothing more than a file and paint. It was a bind to get dressed to walk over to the Zest Bar (the golf club) for lunch - which was a choice of sandwiches, jacket potato or salad - with water! For the price it would have been nice for them to push the boat out and include a fruit juice or mineral water - or even a glass of wine! The pool and facilities are lovely - so relaxing - but also for the use of the hotel guests - so the afternoon was spoilt by children enjoying themselves - , although to be fair, this is out of their control! The water provided for the fruit teas was luke warm. |

A thoroughly relaxing day! Myself and a friend arrived for our spa day at 10am. We were given a tour of the facilities and shown to a relaxation room which had a selection of herbal teas and cold water available. We were also provided with both towels and robes. We had full use of the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna for the rest of the day. All of which were clean and extremely relaxing. Lunch was provided which consisted of a choice of salads, sandwiches, jacket potatoes or a hot meal! After much deliberation we chose sandwiches which arrived with a side salad and crisps. The portions were more than generous and I had trouble finishing mine! We received a massage, facial and pedicure for our treatments. The staff were friendly, and allowed us to select our choice of scent and often asked whether we were comfortable etc. I thoroughly enjoyed the day; I just need another Birthday so I can go back! |

Wonderful, relaxing day The only fault I had was that there was no cold water in the little room where we sat awaiting our treatments. A drink of cold water would have gone down a treat as we were relaxing after lunch, before our treatments started. Instead there were bottles of luke warm water. There were herbal teas but not everyone likes these. I did point this out to the receptionist, who took it on board. Otherwise, I cannot fault the day, my daughter and I had a good catch-up time as well as doing some exercise into the bargain! Staff were very helpful and courteous and the whole place was spotless. The lunch was very good value also. The treatments were excellent and the girls who administered these extremely professional. All in all a most enjoyable day and one we would like to repeat in another six months. Well done Spa Seekers and Sprowston Manor. |

Lovely treat Excellen, friendly staff did not rush our treatments and did not interrupt with small talk. Treatments were really good. (My mother-in-law said it was the best massage she'd ever had). We enjoyed lunch as well an the only downside was getting changed in the same room as guests using the pool and gym. |

Enjoyable experience Very good service, nice staff didn't push their products(which can be a pain) just made suggestions.As a Saturday had to wait for sunbeds but they was 5 of us so no surprise.Only minus you have to go to another building to eat and it was raining.But overall 4 stars so an enjoyable experience. |

Excellent! The spa staff were incredibly helpfull and a tour of all the facilities was given. We sat in a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments while me and my friends filled in the medical froms and our lunch requirements.Once these had been handed back to the staff we made our way to the swimming pool and spa area where we spent a relaxing 2 to 3 hours using the facilities. The spa area wasnt too busy and we were able to use everything they had to offer.We promptly went accross to the restaurant at 12pm. We only had to wait 5 mins for our food to arrive and it was delicious! Once again the staff were very friendly and accomodating.We went back to the spa at 1pm and our treatments started on time. The staff and the treatments were great and both me and my friends really enjoyed our day. We left feeling relaxed, revitalised and very happy indeed. It had been the perfect day for us all |

Great day out Spa was very attractive and staff friendly and helpful. Treatments overall very good, although the 'mini' treatments seemed a little rushed. If having a pedicure with nail varnish,, particularly if just before lunch, it's a good idea to take sandals or flip flops as none are provided and the restaurant is a walk away outside. But an enjoyable day out we'd like to repeat. |
