Spend your Spa Seekers Pamperday relaxing in the Tropical Indoor Leisure Centre with heated swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, solarium, steam room, spa pool and beauty treatment rooms. Pamper yourself by booking an invigorating Massage or Facial treatment with one of the qualified Beauty Therapists. Bathe in the warm waters of our tropical pool, relax in a bathrobe and treat yourself to drinks or snacks on the island reached by a bridge. Staff/treatments excellent. Treatments & staff were lovely. Had a 2 course meal included which was also very nice. However the changing rooms are awful. Tiny in fact & very dated. The floors are so slippery were leathal. Lockers were rubbish. Jaccuzi was nice and warm but very dull. Only 2 lights were working. In door swimming pool very tired looking. |

Mini Spa Day Really good relaxing day and friendly staff. Treatments were good too. The only slightly negative things I could say are, the Aberdeen Angus burgers were a bit dry and the day wasn\'t made clear as to what times our treatments were. However I would go there again. |

Our first spa experience Having never had a pamper day before we were really looking forward to the experience at the Selsdon Park hotel. We were greeted by very friendly staff and told where the facilities were. However, on entering the changing rooms we thought we must have gone through a wrong door-very cramped and the showers not very clean-not what you would expect from a top hotel. After a short visit to the gym (v small with limited equipment ) we looked around the pool area. Again very disappointed with the jacuzzi- visibly dirty which put us off the rest of the poolside facilities . However, the day was saved by the lovely ladies we had our treatments with- manicures, facials and massages. Very relaxing and the one thing that could justify the \"pampering\" during the day. The staff were so nice and really tried to make sure we enjoyed our day-what a shame they were let down by the facilities! |

Peace & Quiet! Having only been to one other Spa I did not have much to go on. First impressions, the spa at Selsdon Park is dated and the decor could do with some revision. Overall it was very clean so as a pragmatist I could live with it. The initial meeting was very friendly and professional and I was made to feel very welcome. Towels & robe were available on request and on the whole all was good. the Jacuzzi was undergoing cleaning so was out of action for the first half of the day. I went on a Monday, after a weekend of stag & hens etc. benefits were the peace and quiet. I had the Jacuzzi, steam and sauna to myself and I think I shared the extensive pool with only one other person. In fact a I saw less that 10 patrons throughout the day. Great. The treatments, back massage, facial and pedicure were excellent and thorough. leaving me relaxed and cleansed. The masseur being competent, friendly and genuine. |

Needs a Facelift I can\'t fault the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, Terry the Masseur particularly, he was excellent; thank you. Unfortunately they are let down by several things. The expectations you have of a spa day is quiet, calm, relaxing, with slightly luxurious pampering. This atmosphere is difficult to achieve when the pool is open to other hotel guests and children. Generally the facilities were rather tired, the changing room is cramped and there is little privacy. I enjoyed my day but feel it was poor value overall for the amount charged. |

My great Monday Who likes Mondays? Me, since I had a Mini Pamperday on 10.05.2010. I met very professional staff at Selsdon. Outside the building is not very impressive to me, but inside you can find all you need. The leisure centre is well styled, everything is within easy reach. Although equipment is not new (especially water jet) wherever you are there is cleanliness, and I have to tell it again, whatever you need the staff are very nice and helpful. I strongly recommend Selsdon Park Hotel Spa for everyone interested! Believe me, I am waiting for next time and I hope it will be full Pamperday. |
