Thouroughly recommended! Brilliant day. My daughter and I booked in for the supreme pamper day, ahead of a potentially stressful family wedding. From start to finish we had a lovely day, we came out feeling pampered and refreshed. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were spotless and modern. We had an enjoyable lunch in the bar/cafe area and a bottle of wine after spending the morning using the sauna, and lovely swimming pool. The treatments were carried out professionally and without fault. All in all we had a fantastic day; we would recommend it to everyone. We are hoping to book again before the stress of Christmas, if not it will be after the ravages of Christmas and New Year. If you want to feel like you have had a weeks holiday, book the supreme pamper day! |

A relaxing day We (my daughter and I) had the supreme pamper day prior to a very important day (a family wedding). We came out feeling relaxed and pampered. From start to finish the staff were friendly and very professional, so much so that we hope to do it all again before the stress of Christmas shopping etc. We would thoroughly recommend it. |

excellent, relaxing day I went for a mother and daughter pamper day at the Saks/David Lloyd gym with my mum as a treat. We were taken excellent care of and were thrilled to find we could have anything we wanted from the lunch menu! The spa treatments were especially good and I think it was very good value for money. |

Excellent day, more communication needed!! The Spa was excellent and the treatments were all very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and made the experience enjoyable. The only complaint which I would have is that the communication between Saks spa and the David Lloyd health club needs to be improved. We arrived at the health club at 11am in order to use the pool and take advantage of the 'light lunch' offered. I asked in the bar what was classed as a light lunch and was told by one member of staff that anything on the menue was available. Upon placing my order, this was contradicted by another member of staff and we were told we were only allowed a sandwich or a jacket potato. My suggestion would be to include a list of the 'light lunch' options with the vouchers or include a gift voucher to a certain value to be used when paying. This would avoid all of the confusion and miscommunication which we seemed to encounter on this occasion.Overall we had an excellent day, but feel communicatiosn between David Lloyd and Saks could definitely be improved upon. |

very relaxing Everything in the spa was spot on. The only thing i didnt think was very good is that we had to spend a long time in the swimming pool n steam room which got boring and the wirlpool wasnt working. |
