High quality of treatments I really enjoyed my spa day expereince at Saks. Very professional throughout, i loved using the leisure and then enjoyed my treatments in the afternoon. I would go back to this spa. I was dissapointed that my nail varnish only lasted a couple of days. |

Such lovely staff The staff at Saks were lovely, provided a personal service and bespoke treatments. We felt very relaxed afterwards and really felt that they went out of their way to make us comfortable. As well as providing a high class service, they seemed like very genuine people. We would definitely go back there again. On the swimming pool and gym side, the David Lloyd staff did not seem to be particularly up to speed with what their role was in relation the pamper day package. They were very nice to us but did not recognise the voucher and they had to get in touch with the Saks salon to understand what the deal was. A minor blip in what was otherwise a lovely day. |
