Every guest is offered a two step diagnosis before beginning their treatment: Our Dove Spa Skin Care Expert considers each guest’s expectations and lifestyle, then they perform a scientific skin diagnostic using a multi-dermascope machine which measures the oil, elasticity, hydration and pigmentation within the skin. From these results, a treatment plan is designed specifically for the guest and their skin’s needs on the day. The guest will be recommended a customised Skin Programme of progressive treatments and suitable homecare from the Dove Spa professional skincare range. As part of the outstanding guest service we also offer a host of extra ‘treats’ to the guest during their treatment.
