Every guest is offered a two step diagnosis before beginning their treatment: Our Dove Spa Skin Care Expert considers each guest’s expectations and lifestyle, then they perform a scientific skin diagnostic using a multi-dermascope machine which measures the oil, elasticity, hydration and pigmentation within the skin. From these results, a treatment plan is designed specifically for the guest and their skin’s needs on the day. The guest will be recommended a customised Skin Programme of progressive treatments and suitable homecare from the Dove Spa professional skincare range. As part of the outstanding guest service we also offer a host of extra ‘treats’ to the guest during their treatment.

Situated in the heart of Kensington, this newly refurbished Classic club offers world-class facilities and quality service. Work out, splash out, or chill out. Here you’ll find all of the latest exercise equipment, a wide range of innovative aerobics classes such as Power-plate, Fast Classes, Sufi meditation classes, Pilates, V-Cycle and yoga, to name a few. We have a stainless steel, ozone treated pool, luxurious spa facilities with a large hydrotherapy pool, complimentary gowns and bath towels, sunbeds, a sauna and steam room. A dry-cleaning service and crèche are also available to members.
