Our Decleor Facials are prescribed due to client needs and our Body Wraps are specialised for relaxation to detox. We will complete our treatments with a full prescription to ensure our guest is able to maintain results with home care.
Q. Describe the interiors of your bedrooms or treatment rooms and how they were inspired?
A. We are housed in a beautiful period house so our interior decor reflects this. Our treatment rooms are very cozy, warm and welcoming.

Fantastic treatments. God awful hotel staff! I purchased a \"Mother and Daughter\" spa day for my daughter’s birthday on 22/12/11We found the hotel staff to be ill informed, unhelpful and at lunch, down right lazy! We had some confusion with the lockers, and bar staff who stared blankly at me when I asked a question. It took nearly an hour to be served with an untoasted bagel and a bowl of soup. We were then charged for a coffee as it went over my £10 allowance (my daughter had under spent on hers!) We had to rush to the salon, after another waitress complained at how pushed she was, serving seven, yes, seven diners, in the whole restaurant. The salon staff were without doubt, superb! Both ladies gave amazing massages/facials/manicures. I can not praise them highly enough. I was offered coffee (free this time!) This package is sold as a \"Spa Day\" in my opinion, it falls very short of that. |

fabulous day had by all We attended the spa for a pamper day for a hen weekend. The staff were superb & very helpful. The facilities were excellent and catered for our needs for the day. The staff who carried out the treatments were also excellent - even topping up one of our guests nails after she damaged them during the day. Recommended very highly for the pamper day - especially for hens. |

what a lovely day we had My friend and I both received pamper day experiences for xmas from our respective partners, we decided to go to the Marriot Hotel in Preston. Firstly we went in the sauna and steam room then the pool and jacuzzi, we then had a fabulous lunch in the hotel which was included in our package, we even had a glass of wine included. The Hotel was very nice and clean and the food was delicious. After lunch we had a session on the sunbed then it was time for our treatment, it was so relaxing I almost fell asleep, I had a back neck and shoulder massage follwed by a facial then a manicure, we were very relaxed and refreshed afterwards. The staff were friendly and quite experienced for their age, some of them had only just finished at college but were keen to learn more. I would certainly recommend this package to my family and friends as it was a lovely day out, we even finished off the day by going out for a meal. |
