What a fantastic day! What a fantastic day - thank you to all at the Portsmouth Marriott Hotel Spa for a wonderful day. I am a mum of one little boy who is nearly 20 months old. Really lovely day. My friend and I were let down by our original booking with another company,I contacted Spa seekers who were very helpful and with less than 24 hours to go managed to book us into a local resort.Our day was lovely, I can not fault it. The facilities were great and very clean, our therapist was lovely, polite and did a great job with our treatments and our lunch was delishous and the overall ambience was relaxing.I will definitely book to go again. |

'Bonding time' A very tired mum in need of a break, birthday coming up, what better than for my daughter to suggest a spa day. It was a lovely idea and at this stage there was no mention of who was going to pay, just the benefits and value of spending mother and daughter time together. As I am a regular visitor to Mariott hotels when I saw the spaseekers mother and daughter offer it seemed our plans all fitted into place.On arrival we were a little surprised at the amount of children in the pool. this prevented us from entering the pool and it wasn't particularly relaxing sitting by the pool. The morning was not as relaxing as I would have liked, however the afternoon made up for the disappointment, a nice lunch in the bar area followed by the most wonderful treatment I have ever experienced, and I have been to several spa salons. It was a slight shame there was only one therapy room as it meant either my daughter or myself were on our own for an hour at a time. I can recommend the back massage and will certainly be returning for further treatments. |
