    Nice but charged for coffee
The place itself was lovely, as were the girls that carried out the treatments. When we arrived we got a very rushed cup of coffee as they wanted to take 2 (of the 4 of us) for treatments. The whole morning was then taken up with treatments with no time for refreshments. At lunchtime we were told by the Spa staff to go to reception. The man on reception was less than helpful and told us to go to the bar, and if lunch wasn't there it would be in the lounge. We did not know the hotel and ended up traipsing round behind a member of staff who didn't know himself where we were supposed to go. Once we got lunch it was very nice - but we were not offered any coffee/tea afterwards. We obviously wanted to make use of the facilities after lunch but were not allowed a drink on the pool terrace (due to health & safety) and when we decided to have coffee before leaving we were charged £15!!
