The Spa & Treatments

The Spa uses Elemis and Jessana therapies and nail treatments with a wide choice for both men and women. These wonderful treatments can be created and adapted to suit your needs after consultation with our experienced beauty therapists, who ensure you receive your treatment in the utmost care and comfort. The treatment rooms have been designed with sumptuous fabrics and furnishings allowing to you to be surrounded in a peaceful and calming ambience. All products are available to purchase so your experience can be recreated at home. In between your pampering take a while to unwind in the relaxation area by resting on the day beds with a magazine and refreshments provided. If you prefer company on your pamper day we have inter-connecting doors allowing you to share your experience with a friend or partner. Indulge yourself by using the thermal suite, this includes heated loungers, aroma steam room, sauna, ice fountain and mood lit experience shower. All the facilities are designed to help the body recharge, with a mix of hot and cold temperatures they allow you to re-hydrate and are proven to be beneficial to the skin. The Spa is the perfect environment to unwind the body and mind leaving you with a sense of total well being.

The Spa also offers state-of-the-art wellness and entertainment systems in the fully equipped gym to help you look and feel great. Enjoy a workout or book for a personalised training session with our experienced fitness experts. Take a dip in the refreshing 15 metre heated indoor pool or for those looking for a more energetic workout the jogging trails take you around our beautiful 54 acres of Hampshire parkland.

There is a wide range of accommodation to choose from including 13 rooms in our 16th Century Manor House which over look the landscaped gardens and private lake. In the modern complex there are a further 172 bedrooms all furnished in contemporary rich furnishings with LCD televisions, tea and coffee making facilities, lap top safes, complimentary items in the fridge and en-suite bathrooms/shower rooms.

Scene Bar and Restaurant offers a soft, modern, luxurious setting, relaxed mood, first class service, modern/international food and a drinks/wine list extensive enough to suit every palate whilst not breaking the bank. Relaxing Experience Staff were friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were excellent and my only negative would be the quality of lunch. I am a regular user of spa days/experiences and I found the lunch to be slightly lacking in comparision. However, I would visit again and recommend it to others. As good as any My wife and I had a spa day together, with her having the Supreme Pamper Day and myself having the Men\'s Pamper Day. Both treatments were very good and relaxed us both. relaxing and needed rest Lovely hotel and facilities. Friendly staff in both the hotel and the spa. Good value meals included which were of a good standard. The spa was very clean and relaxing although would have been nice to have hot tub .The treatments were very relaxing-my husband even fell asleep. Very enjoyable stay and we would recommend. 5 Star staff Set in beautiful scenic surroundings, hotel itself was very clean and maintained well. The bedroom was a nice size and newly decorated. We were seriously impressed with the variety of food on offer each mealtime. Vegetarians and the health-conscious especially, will be pleasantly surprised! Great ranges of fruit, vegetables and salads on offer. The only slight negatives were to do with the treatments- The treatment rooms had some damp patches on the wall and paint peeling off the walls in places. The spa staff were all lovely but when it came to carrying out treatments, some lacked confidence due to being very newly qualified. (But hey, we all start somewhere!)By far, the best feature of this hotel is the staff. Across all departments, the staff were extremely friendly, professional and could not do enough for you. RELAXING BREAK One night spa break including meals was very good value for money and very relaxing. Spa area was a little busy mid afternoon although treatments were all on time. Quality of food was excellent but would advise to book a table prior to arrival as the restaurant was full on the Saturday evening. distinctly average spa The spa had no towels or robes when we arrived for our 2 night spa break. The massage was so soft, the massage room was so cold and the music from the adjacent room clashed terribly with the music playing in my room. The facial was average. The manicure was bad - the nail varnish was all over the place. The restaurant facilities were lovely but the service was terribly slow in the evening. Lunch was a buffet and well run. The spa had some great facilities including 2 tiled heated beds which were lovely to relax on, ice for cooling down a steam or sauna. There is no Jacuzzi. very relaxing stay We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The spa was lovely and the treatments were out of this world! The hotel was nice however; we didn\'t think the lunchtime menu had a very good choice and there were dead flies in the vinegar... We had quite a wait between courses in the evening but the food was absolutely amazing! The one thing that annoyed me was after the evening meal we went down stairs to the bar and a waitress came down for drinks for the restaurant and we over heard (not that she was quiet) her being very horrible about \"an old lady wanting a whisky\" adding \"I just hope she don\'t die on me!\" Not the best service on that account but other wise a lovely stay. A lovely relaxing spa day I booked a "Mother & Daughter" package as a birthday treat for my daughter and we both enjoyed the day very much. We were treated courteously and helpfully by the staff and found the facilities excellent and immaculate. We were delighted with the beautiful large swimming pool and made good use of the sauna and opportunities to relax by the poolside to chat and read. The lunch time allowance was good and we enjoyed two starters each but unfortunately could not use the money remaining for a drink.The hotel environment is wonderful and after lunch we enjoyed a walk round the extensive grounds before going back to the spa for our treatments. We both opted for back massages and my daughter for a manicure while I chose a pedicure. The massages were excellent as was the manicure but the pedicure disappointing. Great Spa Break Booked Spa weekend - bed, breakfast, dinner and evening meal. The duck at evening meal was the best I have ever tasted. All service, treatments and food absolutely fantastic. Recommended to anyone it was a superb, well organised stay. Would recommend check allowances for deal but overall faultless. Staff were courteous and professional; spa treatments although basic were lovely and relaxing. More seating required around pool but overall I would recommend this to anyone for a short break with spa intentions - Olga gave a superb back massage and facial with personal requirements. If in any doubt book it and be surprised at the personal treatment you receive - recommended. Hotel superb and rooms without doubt are everything you could want - however take own hair dryer as only disappointment. Room exceptionally clean and inviting. great rest & food my friend and myself attend Norton parks hotel for a well earned rest after the half term break. As soon as we got there we were made welcome and didnt want for anything. The treatments were great and the spa lovely.The food was amazing with plenty of choice, the rooms comfortable and clean.we will be paying avisit to norton park hotel again!
