The Spa & Treatments

Each of the five treatment rooms have been designed to complement your visit to the Spa, with calming, neutral tones and use of quality, natural materials throughout. Each therapist has passed intensive training, and will spend a time getting to know you and how you would like to feel – refreshed, relaxed, revived or de-stressed – and the choose the perfect combinations from the extensive E’Spa range. The E'Spa range of products and treatments combine the therapeutic benefits of spa treatments, aromatherapy, and skin care. It is a collection of deeply relaxing and anti-stressing oils, revitalising seaweeds and cleansing muds, which help to achieve outstanding results. After your treatment just wander in to the spacious relaxation room and let all those wonderful oils and aromas do their magic.

Fitness

A 13 m pool for exercise swimming and 35 pieces of Life Fitness equipment in a fully air-conditioned gym cater for all levels of fitness. There are also 2 glass-backed squash courts. For the more adventurous why not combine your spa day with quad biking or country pursuits at nearby Greystoke Castle.

Totally luxurious I took my daughter for a pamper day as a treat after her exams. We were greeted by friendly, courteous staff, shown to a luxurious changing room where we put on lovely clean, soft robes and slippers and then given a coffee in the relaxation area while we made our menu choices for lunch. We spent the morning using the swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room before eating a delicious lunch, beautifully served. All the facilities we used were well supervised and spotlessly clean. I was really impressed. The treatments we had in the afternoon were so good I would like to go back next week to have it all again. A fabulously relaxing massage and a facial that left my skin glowing. I can\'t thank the staff enough, for their skill, their care or their attention to detail. Just the tonic! I really enjoyed my spa day at the north lakes. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, greeting me upon arrival and making me feel very welcome. The staff had managed to structure my day around fitting both a session in the gym and a relaxing swim in the pool. The rooms which the treatments were held in were very relaxing and clean. The treatment bed was great as you felt that you were floating on warm water, the products which were used were heavenly and I was able to choose the fragrance I liked best. Overall a great, relaxing day and would look forward to returning again. Just the tonic!!
