Relaxation at its best The service of the reception staff was not to the best standard to be honest, they made several mistakes with the booking which made the run up to a supposedly relaxing day a bit stressful. Luckily the lady delivering the treatments was completely professional in the face of all adversity. I had never had a massage, facial or anything like that before and I in fact felt a little nervous but I actually fell asleep during the facial I felt so relaxed.The spa was beautiful, extremely clean and in a lovely setting, the facilities were everything I had hoped for and more.I was satisfied overall due to the facilities, location and treatments but I was really disappointed with the reception staff who handled the bookings, how they handled our booking almost made us cancel it. Also it would have been nice to have been treated a bit more special I suppose by these same staff, for us a pamper day was a real treat but the staff didn't make the day feel that way, luckily I was in good company so this didn't matter so much. great day a really relaxing experience the spa wasn\'t crowded-plenty of space, and not rushed. the meal voucher was only 6 pounds which equates to just a sandwich which was nice but not a big portion had to buy drinks myself surroudings were lovely staff were very helpful and pleasant overall a great day-well worth it	Service of staff & quality of treatments Condition of spa and overall cleanliness Overall satisfaction	Guest rating 15/15

Good treatments poor service My daughter and I really enjoyed the spa pool, gym and especially the massage, very relaxing and professional. However, the lack of organization for the package meant we did not receive the manicure promised nor the lunch which was supposed to be included in the price. In total we wasted about 30 minutes searching for someone who knew about it. We were informed incorrectly after contacting reception and the spa that the meal was not included and eventually had to pay an additional �16 for this ourselves.In summary, good treatments poor organisation.
