Every thing we could have wished for. What a wonderful experience. We arrived 2 exhausted and stressed not so young ladies., having received clear instructions from the patient and pleasant reception staff after finding ourselves in Chester city centre and not sure where to go next. After a warm welcome we were directed to our room. Room well situated, clean and comfortable. Settled in and wandered down to spa for another warm welcome from Sam our beautician. We were served a tasty spa lunch, tea and coffee and relaxed in the lounge awaiting treatment. Following, probably the best back neck and shoulder massage we have experienced (Thank You Sam) we were able to “chill out\" among candles and soft music in the relaxation room. After dinner, a good sleep and breakfast we left with renewed energy and totally relaxed. Thank You. |

Relaxing yet invigorating I was welcomed by a friendly face with a huge smile. Her name was Sarah and she showed me through to the lounge area and got me a drink while I was waiting for my supreme pamper day. The person who pampered me was Sadie and she did an excellent and thorough job. She was friendly and chatty throughout the whole process. She was not afraid to apply pressure when doing the full body massage which I liked as people think I am delicate because I am a slight size 8-10. Sam did my pedicure and was very friendly and chatty while doing my nails. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and feel great. |

Exceeded Expectations When making the initial booking I wasn't too sure of what to expect, particularly because the price of this experience was well below other advertised spa days with other companies. On arrival we were greeted warmly and advised where everything was and what we needed to do. Initially anxious about parading around in bath robes and swimming costumes, we soon got in to the swing of things. We used all the facilities (minus the steam room that wasn't working at the time), we also had a nice lunch and kept ourselves in refreshments throughout the day from the bar. Regulars at the hotel gym were friendly and the staff were always on hand. All of us commented on what a relaxing day it was, and how we were not rushed. Even the treatments - labelled as "express" - did not feel rushed or like you were having a half measure (something we thought might happen to justify the price). All of us agreed that we would do this again, and would recommend the experience to friends. Thanks for a lovely relaxing day and see you again soon. |

2 for 1 deal The Spa was lovely, as were the staff. The only problem we found was that no one could give us an agenda of our treatments. Spa seekers told us to speak to the hotel and the hotel weren\'t sure what the deal was about. However, once we arrived they ensured that we were occupied and had full access to the facilities. Overall it was a brilliant, relaxed experience and now we know that the hotel does actually know what the package is, we would definitely go again! |
