Absolutely amazing I took my mum to the spa for a Mother/Daughter pamper day - and every second of it was just wonderful. We were given tea and pastries on arrival, and there was a great selection for lunch. The facilities were top notch, with an aromatherapy room, a steam room, a Jacuzzi (with an outside bit and the best shoulder massaging waterfall EVER), two saunas, and to top the lot, an ice room. The showers and changing rooms were lovely and clean, and there was so much to do in the spa area that we never managed to make it to the swimming pool. After lunch we had an hour and a half each of glorious treatments, massages, pedicures, facials, file and polish. It was heavenly. The mini/pedis were exceptional and mine lasted ages - I was really pleasantly surprised. To end the day we sat in the relaxation room and a member of staff brought us a cup of tea. It\'s no surprise that we WILL be going again. |

wonderful and tranquil My partner and I spent time at the spa in June and we had a wonderful time. Total relaxation and tranquility wonderful staff and facilities. Clean and smelling gorgeous all the time. Have booked to go back in august again would fully recommend to anyone. |

Excellent facilities and staff After trying to book several spas with Spa Seekers we opted for Norton Grange. I booked this well in advance for a Mother and Daughter spa day. Unfortunately the day before we were due to attend, the spa contacted me with a staffing problem which meant the day and services we wanted could not be taken as planned. Steve the Manager was extremely helpful in relation to this problem and arranged the day as best he could in the circumstances. We had a fantastic time with the staff being friendly and the services exceptional to make up for the un fore seen staffing issues. The spa facilities were quiet and relaxing and the food and treatments were of a high standard. Steve and his team are a credit to the spa and even though the day wasn’t totally as planned their high standard of customer service and willingness to ensure our day went well means I would highly recommend Norton Grange. |

abosultely wonderfully relaxing I have now been to the Norton Grange quite a few times, the dates above are from my first visit which was a friends hen party, I am just in the process of booking my birthday celebrations at the spa, and have been using the gym and pool and sauna facilities for the 12 days of fitness promotion with my friend.I would recommend the spa to all my friends and have also told work colleauges about it to take their spouses, a few of wich will be booking treatments and also overnight stays.Great place. |
