Spa Day - Utterly Amazing As a treat for my mothers 50th Birthday, my sister and I booked for us to take her for a spa day. Never been for one before and didn\'t know what to expect. We would all thoroughly recommend The Spa Naturel at Holland House, Cardiff. Staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and provided us with the most fantastic experience of a Spa Day!! The food was beautiful, the facilities were faultless. 10/10 and will definitely being going back soon. Great weekend Booked the 1 night spa break with 2 x 25 minute treatments. Was great value for money, lovely rooms. We also got a 3 course meal thrown in, which were weren\'t expecting which was great. The spa rooms and relaxation bit was lovely, but the swimming pool and sauna was pretty packed as there were lots of hen and stag parties there - but we still managed to use it. Only downside was that our massages were the last of the day and don\'t think we got our full 25 mins, as the girls were rushing to go home... but overall a very relaxing break with only a few mins walk to the hustle and bustle of the Cardiff. Wonderful,relaxing,enjoyable experience It was very good for me as a disabled person as the pool was a walk in one I spent a long time in there. The water was lovely temperature. The Jacuzzi was nice big one but I was unable to get in there but my daughters enjoyed. It was nice to have lunch in our own little diner without feeling self conscious as you do in ordinary restaurant with your gown on as some Spas have. We all enjoyed the treatments and the relaxation room was what it said, and I managed to get on the beds. I would recommend it for anyone with disability. The only downside was we had to wait and keep going back to ask for slippers, and minor they had no idea what soup was on for lunch, which I would have liked but was afraid to order in case it was one I disliked. Relaxing and enjoyable We had a spa package including hot stone massage and lunch. The staff was lovely and the treatments were great. Lunch was filling and juice and tea were available all day. Large and comfy relaxation room available. Only downside if being picky would be the pool. Area was a bit tired which let the rest of spa down. I would however recommend. So relaxing, excellent day out! Excellent day out, very relaxing and laid back. Hotel facilities were amazing, very clean and well kept. Amazing Two friends and I were looking for a relaxing spa day to get away from the stress of work! The Spa day at the Mecure Holland House Cardiff was the perfect way to de-stress and left us feeling very relaxed! We arrived at the spa at 9:45 to be greeted by friendly staff. We were then taken into separate rooms where our treatments began. We all opted for the hot stone massage (30mins) followed by a mini facial and head massage. The massage was amazing! Very relaxing! And the mini facial left us feeling cleansed and relaxed! Once our treatments were ova we dressed into our complementary robes and slippers and relaxed in the relaxation room before heading off to the chill out in the Jacuzzi and steam room. This was followed by a lovely two course lunch. I would definitely recommend this day to friends and family and would certainly return myself. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. Don\'t pass it-book it Party of 8 very satisfied customers. From booking right to the checking out, the staff could not be faulted. Would highly recommend to others, especially when watching the purse strings. For less than �80, we had the following; All day use of the facilities, 1 x treatment of our choice-bliss, excellent 3 course meal. Overnight stay-rooms can\'t fault. A top class breakfast. Toilets were outside spa and had to pass through a corridor full of buisnessmen in our bathrobes to reach toilet, very embarassing. Fab fab fab Holland House Hotel Spa is wonderful. I booked a mother and daughter pamper day via Spa Seekers for my 16 year old's birthday. It was hugely relaxing, good value and a great day. We felt like we were floating on air coming out and we didn't want it to ever end. The staff are great, friendly and helpful and very approachable.
