Cool, Calmed, Collected Very nice, clean, modern spa, friendly staff however massage was cut short due to being 5 minutes late and were not offered any tea or drink. On the other hand I was giving a complementory toner for the face which I was very pleased with overall I was pleased with the visit and would probably go again! Fabulous package! I visited the hotel and had a package with friends which included an overnight stay at the hotel, a 3 course evening meal, breakfast and a spa treatment. I have done a few of these breaks but the service in this hotel was marvellous. The accommodation was comfortable, classy, spotless and very well equipped. The meal was absolutely gorgeous and the following breakfast was amazing. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good, being central and the spa treatment (I had the back massage) was very luxurious and relaxing, with lovely staff and a beautiful treatment room. I cannot fault it and would definitely book a package here again and highly recommend it. Wonderful! Relaxing & pampered day We had a lovely relaxing day. When we arrived it was a member of staff who did not usually work in the spa & was not really too sure what they were doing & what we had actually booked which was a bit off putting initially. However the spa was extremely clean & comfortable for relaxing & the treatments were fabulous. It would have been alot better if the pool etc. that we had use of as part of the package would have been on the same premises & not over in the hotel. Did not really want to keep dressing & undressing & walking over if we wanted to use these facilities. Generally a lovely day with fabulous treatments & the lunch was very nice.
