good Thoroughly enjoyed spa and treatments and would return. Points for you to pick up on: Reception area, tables not been dusted for a few days!! Or legs of chairs!! Also water by the pool wasn’t chilled. Reception staff very nice though, as my first time, not sure if should be conversation during treatment or not, massage was brilliant and she was very good, but just the age we live in, would have preferred our own nationality, but that a minor detail and would return. Thanks |

Amazing! Me and my boyfriend went to Ardoe House for a spa treat, having never had a massage and having a two year old I was really looking forward to it. I was not disappointed, the staff were amazing we felt relaxed as soon as we walked in. The spa was impeccably clean, we had a nice cup of coffee as we waited, then the staff we got made us feel very comfortable. The massage was just as I had hoped, so relaxing. definitely worth going! |

Total Relaxation I purchased the 2 for 1 Serenity Spa package at Ardoe House for my friends 40th Birthday present. Because of my job I found it difficult to find a suitable date in the 6 month period. Spa Seekers were really understanding and extended the voucher. The day at the spa was great. We arrived at 10am and were greeted by friendly staff. Lunch was pre ordered and was pleased with the choice. Our beauticians were very nice and experienced. In the morning we had a back massage and facial which included a scalp massage. We were totally relaxed after and lost track of time in the relax room that the staff had to tell us that lunch was ready!! I had my nails done and my friend had her legs massaged in the afternoon. Lunch was the only disappointment. The sandwiches were stale. We weren\'t really that bothered as that wasn\'t what we were there for. Would recommend this experience to anyone. |

Nice My mum and I had a great day. The only complaint we had was that we weren\'t kept very informed of what was happening. I was told that I would be given a robe and locker - which never materialised, and my mum wasn\'t offered it at all. The girl\'s were good, but didn\'t say much so wasn\'t really made to feel at ease. Apart form the girl who did my nails (I can\'t remember her name but she was heavily pregnant), who was lovely and very chatty. I would recommend her over anything/one else. |
