Hen day pamper Firstly, our spa day was at t he Marriott County Hall, but this does not appear in your drop down.We had a group of 6 ladies that attended for a friends hen do. We did the 30 minute treatment with cream tea. We had a wonderful day at the spa, the staff were very professional and paid great attention to detail. The only let down was that our cream tea was very delayed in being sent up and we had a long wait (although not as long as some of the other ladies). We had also been relocated to the Executive Lounge for our tea as there was part of the Miss World competition being held att he hotel which we had not been advised of sothe Lounge was used for them and not any of the other hotel guests. We also had to be evacuated as the fire alarm went off during our treatments so we had to stand out on the road outside the hotel in our bathrobes! All made for a very entertaining afternoon |

Bit pricey Although our massage was lovely - both my mum and I were disappointed at the light lunch offered at the Marriott Hotel - Meon Valley. Not much choice at all. I had pre phoned up to ask if a balloon could be arranged for my mum as it was her 65th Birthday - which they weren\'t able to do. I didn\'t want a balloon with 65 on it just a balloon. However they did explain they could arrange a surprise dessert which they did - and it was lovely. I was very grateful.With reference to the beauty treatment again, both me and my mum were disappointed in the time spent on the nail and feet treatments. You selected what colour varnish you wanted, it was applied and that was your treatment. For the price we paid for the days pamper package we expected a quick massage of either your hands and feet prior to this, removal of dead skin for the pedicure etc. and that just didn\'t happen. |

relaxing, professional, fantastic I booked a mini pamper day for myself and best friend as a reward/treat for coping with the first year of being a new mum. It was brilliant and I would definitely recommend it. The facilities were very clean - although disappointing that the steam room was out of order. The staff were polite, welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. The treatments were negotiable (within reason) and were just what the doctor ordered. Lunch was an added bonus and the fact that we could (if desired) by able to use all facilities from 10am - 7pm was great. Well worth the money |

Relax and Revive Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant and clean facilities. Only downside is that it is a hotel so there were quite a few children and you can not wear robes etc as you would in a dedicated spa. |

A Relaxing great day All the staff were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the treatments and my niece said that the massage left her feeling really relaxed. She also loved the blue nail varnish. The lunch was good and we enjoyed sitting out in the sun with a drink. In the afternoon the pool was empty and we had it to ourselves most of the time which was lovely. I would go again! |

Relaxing Spa Day A lovely day spent at the spa, we were free to relax and enjoy our day how we wished. Our spa day included a back massage (which was divine) Facial (which made me feel nice and clean) and a manicure (which was more of a file and polish but no complaints!) The Spa is set in a beautiful area, surrounded by a golf course. Lunch and drinks were included, which were yummy. All in all a lovely day and would come back again! |

a very nice experience The staff were very nice, especially Angela (the receptionist) and my beauty therapist (Hannah). Staff made you feel at ease. My only suggestion would be to get there for 9:00 AM rather than the suggested time of 10:00 AM as we spent the first hour in reception confirming treatments and filling in the necessary forms. I wish we had made a weekend of it and stayed overnight. |
