Splendid Spring Spa A thoroughly enjoyable day spent at the Marriott Forest of Arden on their Spring Spa special. We were made to feel very welcome in what is a lovely setting in the Warwickshire countryside. The day seemed to fly by with opportunities to use the leisure facilities in between the spa treatments. Lunch is available in the Country Club area and so you have to be prepared to share this space with golfers but they seem quite used to seeing (mostly) women dressed in robes!Both treatments that we opted for were good and on comparing notes afterwards we obviously both got a slightly different session so that individuality is important. What was also very pleasing was that at no point during the day were we subjected to any sales pitches, no efforts made to persuade us to have more treatments or to buy products.Staff were all very pleasant and helpful - would recommend to others. Day to relax I had a lovely luxury spa day at this hotel. The treatments were excellent (thank you Sarah).My only criticism if I had to have one is that it would have been better to have a break in between the treatments instead of having them all at once. Suggestion to do the full body massage and facial and then have a break in between to have lunch and perhaps use the sauna, steam room, etc before you have your manicure and pedicure. We didn\'t really use the facilities afterwards as we were concerned if we used the steam room, that our nails would flake.Also the hotel could do with some extra loungers as there were only about 10 which were all being used so we sat on a wooden bench! Amazing surroundings, Amazing Spa What an amazing place..... Staff were very good through out the hotel but the receptionist and the therapists in the spa were exceptional. They went out of their way to make my day more enjoyable than what it already was. My treatments were fantastic with a relaxing back massage, a facial (my skin felt fantastic afterwards - its never been that soft again) and then a nice tidy up of my nails. I even treated myself to a pedicure as well as the treatments are reasonably priced. I have been to many spas and hotel spas and this one just adds a personal touch that so many of these big spas are lacking. Its warm, comfortable, personal and your treatments are tailor made to suit you. Highly Recommend! I visited Marriott Forest of Arden Cedarwood Spa on a sunny Sunday and was immediately impressed with the stunning location. Accessed via the busy golf course, the staff in the Leisure Club received me with a very warm welcome and directed me to the Spa area. I was greeted by the Spa Manager, Hayley and shown around the facilities; including the lovely relaxation room and changing facilities. I was given a locker which contained a robe and slippers then went back into the relaxation room where Hayley had made me a refreshing drink. I was able to use the Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and swimming pool. The pool area was very clean and had lots of loungers which I was able to relax on after swimming. Lunch was served in the Zest Cafe and I was able to choose from an extensive spa menu. The food and service was excellent, my treatments fantastic, and overall I thoroughly enjoyed the day! Totally chilled out day! As a busy working Mum I was really looking forward to my spa day at Forest of Arden; and I was not disappointed! The staff and spa facilities were excellent. I had a lovely lunch in the Zest Cafe then had my treatments in the afternoon. Hannah, the beauty therapist, was very professional and friendly. I had a Decleor facial and luxury pedicure...blissful! The hotel is set in stunning Warwickshire countryside and I would definitely like to take my husband for a golf/spa break in the very near future!
