Fabulous,Good Value The relaxation room was lovely and we were lucky to have the use of the room to ourselves as there were no other spa days booked. Lunch was delicious. The only negative point being we had to change back into our clothes to have lunch as this was served in the main hotel lounge. We could have opted to take lunch in the relaxation room (and therefore not change out of our robes) but really it wouldn’t have been suitable. This was a very minor complaint. Spa treatments were super and was pleasantly surprised to find out that the spa day we booked entitled us to THREE mini treatments !!!All staff were extremely friendly and professional. On the whole a very good day out. Cannot wait to book again. |

Relaxing, friendly, quiet The staff were all very friendly, we had a room all to ourselves which was fabulous - only 1 complaint and that is that the one and only toilet was too far away.The treatments we received were good, lunch was great and even the staff in the restaurant treated us like queens - the champagne was excellent!!!All in all a relaxing day with lots of pampering - we would recommend it for everyone! |

Should have been better The staff were not prepared for our arrival despite giving them several weeks advance notice of our arrival time. There were not enough beds/loungers in the rest room area for the number of people in our party. Lunch was served over half and hour late and was very sparse portions. The staff carrying out the treatments were friendly and professional and we all enjoyed our treatments. I am considering booking another spa day for my group for sept this year but not at this venue. |

I`ll be back! My sister-in-law and I received our Spa Day as Christmas presents, as we had enjoyed previous Spa Day's at other venues, we decided to use one nearer to home where we were very pleased with the treatments, the use of the facilities and the room where we could relax and read. The staff were very friendly and ensured that all our needs were met. We also had an excellent lunch which was well presented and served to us in our relaxation room so there is no need to worry about dressing to go to the dining room. In the next couple of months I will be returning to the Roxburghe as we had given a voucher to our other sister-in-law so I am going to accompy her and I have no doubt I will enjoy the same wonderful experience. |
