Q. Describe the interiors of your bedrooms or treatment rooms and how they were inspired?
A. Rooms are designed to make the most of our location, with wall to wall windows framing the view of the city centre. Every room is decorated with a modern stylish finish, each with a particularly large bed.

A. IPOD docking stations are located in every bedroom, along with flat screen televisions. WiFi is also available throughout.

Good for city but spa & service not great Have been on many spa trips and this was definitely not the best. The hotel is in a great location to explore Manchester (if you can get out as we waited nearly 2hrs for our evening meal!!). The spa has lovely relaxation area, the changing rooms and various saunas are along a cold, drafty corridor. My treatments were good, though within our group of 4 quality (and duration) was variable. There is no pool or jacuzzi which is not obvious from the website. So overall a decent base for a day/ night in Manc but not really a spa trip. |

Relaxing Day Out I booked the lovers pamper day for me and my boyfriend and when we got there the spa was clean, and very inviting, the facilities were spot on and the staff 100% dedicated to their job! Our treatments were fantastic (especially the massage) and the dinner included was decent and tasty. Overall I and my boyfriend had a great time and we slept like babies when we got home. Will certainly book another day here in the near future. |

A lovely day experience We started the day by going into the gym and then to the wet area. The wet area contained 2 types of sauna, a steam room, ice room with ice to rub on you and a shower room which had 4 different jets of water - very different. There were lovely contoured warm beds to relax on afterwards. We had lunch of noodles with chicken or salmon and skewered fruit and raspberry sauce. The afternoon was taken up with treatments - a full body massage, express facial and pedicure. The facial left my skin feeling very smooth and the massage was firm but totally relaxing. The beautician explained the benefits of massage and advise as to what to expect and do that evening. The pedicure was okay. I did not think she took my nails short enough but she was so helpful in all other ways. All staff were attentive and the surroundings luxurious I will definitely go back and would recommend this day for anyone. |

very relaxing Enjoyed my day over all, the treatments were of a very good standard with good quality products and the staff were friendly. The relaxation area had a nice atmosphere to it and the spa had lots of variety. However, the steam room was mouldy and the smell put me of going in. I didn\'t appreciate being given a sales pitch for products straight after a massage, and the relaxation area had a fair amount of dirty crockery it in. |

petite spa The spa is restricted with regard to the facilities primarily due to the small size of the building. There is no pool, but I was informed of this when I booked so I cannot complain about that. The staff were friendly and it was relaxing. I enjoyed my facial and massage but was disappointed by the manicure - not as good as I have had at other places. If you go into the chill out room, make sure you get a bed at the far side away from the entrance, as you can hear the phone ringing/front door buzzer/doors closing constantly! |

Ok but wouldn't go again Great spa and really friendly staff. However, if you were expecting a ppol / jacuzzi like we were - don't go. Apparently it is a "dry spa" but the website advised otherwise. Once the treatments are done you will get bored quite quickly with only the sauna and chill out room to do. I wouldn't go to it again. Next time a pool will be the definite decision maker as you just get bored.It's all about personal experience though - It didn't do it for me but it may be perfect for someone else. Try it and see how you like it - the treatments were well worth the money and the masseuse was great!! Overall 3/5 purely because the website said pool and when we got there we found there wasn't |

Good treatments Overall we had a lovely day at the spa, treatments were great although one member of our group felt like she was being given the hard sell to buy products at the end. The relaxation room was perfect and the saunas and ice room were invigorating. Lunch took a while to arrive and when it did one of the orders was wrong but we just put it down to being a busy Saturday. We did enjoy our day. |
