Lovely relaxing enjoyable My friend and I were in desperate need of a relaxing day and Kilhey Court was perfect! It met all of our expectations: staff, facilities, treatments and lunch were all excellent. The value for money and location were also brilliant. We would definitely go again! The only area for improvement would be to give out slippers as well as robes and towels as we had to take our own. Other than that, great experience- would highly recommend! |

Lovely chilled day! I had a very relaxing day at Kilhey Court Spa with my friend. It was the perfect opportunity to wind down after a busy month. The staff were friendly and chatty and always around if you needed anything. The treatments were great - although our first treatment seemed to be quite short and didn\'t last the full 30 mins and the steam room and sauna were out of order. (I would have given 5 stars otherwise!) The lunch, which was included, was substantial with excellent service and presentation. Definitely thinking of going again in the next few months! |

A rescue remendy With the stress of starting a new job, juggling home life and battling with the symptoms of early pregnancy. This spa break was just what the doctor ordered. I couldn\'t fault it. I would recommend the winter spa package as excellent value. The staff were friendly and professional. The treatments were so relaxing and the food was first class. I came away refreshed, pampered and with enough energy to take on the challenging week that was ahead of me. Thank you for making my time relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve asked for more vouchers as I’m going to make my visit to Kilhey Court an annual event. |

Nice The spa was easy to find, it was in a lovely location (we went for a walk around the grounds and along the waterside after our lunch which was nice), the spa was clean and welcoming, the treatments were excellent, the staff and other visitors were really nice, the food and selection of food was good but the best part was the deal we got through spa seekers- it really was worth every penny- very good value for money! The only criticism I have is that the Spa did not give you any slippers. If I had known I would have taken my own. Otherwise an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend it. |

Very good beauty treatments Went for a spa day with a voucher bought as a Christmas present. Very relaxing facial treatment and good \'wet facilities\' i.e. pool, spa & steam rooms. The day was fine once I got there, but the service prior to my arrival has rather left a poor impression. When you book something and get the confirmation by email, the last thing you expect is a call some 5 days before you\'re due to arrive, saying you missed your appointment...and then to be told on that Sunday that there are no appointments left now on the day you had actually booked in for (and had booked a day off work for!) the coming Friday. Seemed quite disorganised and no one was explain to explain it to me. Would certainly recommend a call to them after receiving a confirmation....just to make sure you really are booked in for the day you booked! I wish I had done that...!! |

my day at the spa Overall our day was fantastic.The only area that needs looking at is the Lunch arrangments. We had to lunch in the hotel, so we had to put our normal clothes back on for 12 O'Clock to go over to the hotel and then change back into our swim wear after lunch - a lot of mithering about and not relaxing.It would be better to have an area within the spa area to eat the lunch provided, we would have been able to eat without having to get changed. This could be delivered like room service would be delivered. |

fantastically relaxing I definitely plan to repeat my spa experience. The facilities were warm, clean and comfortable; the staff were friendly and welcoming. The relaxation room was blissfully relaxing and the woman who did the treatment was fantastic. I enjoyed it so much I did ask about becoming a member, but it was too expensive, so the spa packages are definitely good value for money. |

Spa Day It was good value for money. The food and quality of the treaments were very good. However, the sauna was not working and the swimming pool area and the steam rooms are in need of rennovation. There is also not enough chairs around the pool to relax and no 'relaxing' music in the pool / steam/ sauna area. The gym is quite big compared to some I've been to. However, again the equipment was quite 'tired' and there was only 1 mat if you wanted to do any floor exercises. Make sure you know what time your treatments are so that you can plan your day. There was a group of us and we found it difficult not knowing what time our treatments were - we were just given a general time. Also, it is helpful to have flipflops as there is a walk bewteen the wet area and the relaxing area where you can have drinks. Overall though as I said it was good value and we still had a great day. |

A day With My Daughter,Magic. From walking into the Spa we enjoyed our experience of being pampered and looked after.The treatments were relaxing and invigorating . We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked a couple of extra treatments on the day and joined in with an aqua exercise class. The day was so good that the books we had taken to read were never openned andwe just relaxed and chatted ,a luxury we dont get the opportunity to enjoy. Thank you to the staff. |
