The elegant Macdonald Frimley Hall Hotel and Spa in Camberley has recently been refurbished but don't worry, hasn't lost any of its class.

The Victorian manor house is set in lovely grounds and the spa is gorgeous, with Decleor spa treatments nestling along with other high end beauty brands to give you lots of choice and a great spa experience.

Brilliant. Customer service top notch! We had a wonderful time at Frimley Hall. The staff were amazing. Very attentive without being over-bearing or intrusive. The receptionist at the spa was excellent and made us feel so welcome. She went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing and memorable. We would definitely recommend to a friend and will come back again for another spa day soon! Fantastic treatments, poor lunch This spa day was a treat for my mother on her 80th birthday, we had 2 x Mother and Pamperdays, my sister and my daughter also attended. Firstly, we were made to understand there was a Jacuzzi, my mother cannot swim but was looking forward to this; they didn�t have one. Our treatments were booked in pairs but we were told we would need to have 1 at 2pm and the others at 3.30. We didn�t want 1 person, whoever that would be, to sit for the afternoon on their own. They did rearrange, so we did get 2 x 2 but, we had to insist, which wasn\'t a good start. For lunch 3 of us had soup, but we were sat at coffee tables so very difficult to manage the soup on your lap especially for an 80 year old. The ploughman�s was a small cheese and biscuits with no bread roll, so not a ploughman�s. The treatments were however, fantastic, hence the 5 stars. So we did end the day on a high. Fun to relax My friend and I had a good time celebrating our 65th birthdays; the spa day was a great experience and a new experience. We were made to feel at ease and the staff were great. Only 2 areas of comment; the only toilets were in the pool and sauna area we were told. Not very good if you were upstairs relaxing and you had to go downstairs into a very wet area. Also, the manicure did not come up to expectations, there only seemed to be gaudy colour nail varnishes available and it was applied so quickly that even 3 hours later it was tacky to touch and had to be removed. I think it was too near closing time and staff appeared to be short and rushing to finish and go home. I would certainly give it another try but maybe be more selective on treatments. Amazing!! I booked this for myself, my mum and her 2 friends for her birthday. We booked the half price spa day but even at full price this would have been an amazing day and bargain. The treatments were brilliant, the pool and facilities were great, the staff very happy and helpful. Overall was an amazing day. We felt totally relaxed! Lovely day Very friendly staff and a delicious lunch, plenty of different places to slob out, read magazines and gossip. Good sized pool with great sauna. A couple of missing tiles in the steam room made for a less comfortable seat though. The treatments were excellent; I felt slightly short changed as I kept coming out five minutes before my friend, but perhaps her therapist was just ultra generous! Enjoyable treatments I was pleasantly surprised at the large size of the swimming pool and the very hot conditions of the sauna and steam room. The changing rooms did not allow for any privacy and were small in comparison. The treatment schedule was erratic (one facial at 10am and the other at 5pm), but this was quickly changed on request. I did not agree with the manicure procedure as the hands were not soaked in warm water and the cuticles were not touched at all. The lunch was superb.
