Amazing Spa Experience One of the best Spa experiences that we have ever had [and we have been on a number, from Champneys to Stobo!] and we have no negative comments at all. The staff are very friendly ensuring that you get the most out of your experience. We [my mum and myself] had the morning to chill in the relaxation room, have some coffee and go for a swim in the lovely pool as well as sauna and Jacuzzi. At 12pm we went for lunch in the main restaurant where we were served a hot meal with dessert [with a birthday candle for me] and coffee. Food was excellent as was the glass of bubbly! The treatments started at 1.30pm and lasted for three hours. Our Spa staff were very friendly ensuring that the treatments met our individual needs. It was so relaxing that we are hoping to return again in December and in 2012 too. |

Blissful My friends and I were all catered for with very close attention paid to our individual needs. I am gluten intolerant and I had my own special menu planned and printed out ready for me to choose. I was made to feel special rather than an inconvenience. One of my friends had planned to have a manicure but the day before our spa day she injured her hand so they obligingly changed her treatment. Each member of staff was friendly and personal. Lunch was delicious. My only complaint was that the day was too short and my only recommendation would\'ve been to have herbal teas and fresh water and enough glasses to help ourselves in the relaxation room. Fabulous experience, I wish I could treat my friends again and not have to wait for my next momentous birthday! |
