enjoyable night away The main hotel was very nice but the accommodation was a bit tired and needed modernisation, the evening meal was great and the service was good. The spa treatments were very nice but my masseur left the room for 15 minutes without telling me why. The pool and steam room and spa were very good. The breakfast in the morning was excellent 9/10 |

Not my idea of a spa Although this is a hotel and spa, really not impressive as a spa. Quite tatty overall appearance. Not the relaxing atmosphere it should be on a spa day. Treatment rooms small and when having our pedicure door of treatment room left open, people walking by so not relaxing. Changing area not clean. Door to individual changing room could not be closed, and sink in toilet had a horrible dark brown stain around plug hole....horrible. Staff all very helpful and pleasant. Food at lunch time was very enjoyable. Just felt like it was very expensive for what was on offer. Do not feel that I would recommend Elmers Court in Lymington. |

totally relaxing The staff were really friendly and professional, and the treatments were all exactly what they said they would be...I went in the Easter holidays and I only saw 4 children, who kept to one corner of the pool. customer service was brilliant I took my elderly mother on the mother and daughter pamper day for a xmas present.From the moment we arrived they took great care of me and especially my mum.The staff especially Charlotte was so attentive and great.Lunch was good and the treatments were great.The spa was very clean and comfortable.I would recommend it .Hopefully we will be going back again and this time taking my mates with me! |

Nice day - shame about the kids! On arrival we found that the swimming pool, sauna and steam room was part of the time share Leisure Centre and was therefore full of children. Also, the changing rooms were grubby. Lunch choice was very good, and the food quality and quantity was excellent. The treatments were very good and we both enjoyed and the 2 ladies that we had throughout the day were very pleasant. |
