The secluded Macdonald Berystede Hotel and Spa in Ascot looks just like an adorable French Chateau, complete with pretty turrets, The spa won't disappoint any avid spa-goer, with a relaxing thermal suite with an infra-red rock sauna, salt therapy, aromatherapy steam room, sensation shower and stimulating massage shower.
Water babies will love the 18 metre pool and outdoor hydrotherapy pool which overlooks some beautiful landscaped gardens.
There are six beauty suites in the spa, with Decleor and Carita treatments to choose from, as well as two nail bars and a relaxation suite to enjoy afterwards.

We offer a wide range of treatments and spa packages to suit everyone's needs. From special pamper sessions and spa days to quick stress free treatments. With 6 treatment rooms all for individual use and an up and coming double treatment room option we cater for any special occasion. We also have 2 nail bars. We use an exclusive range of treatments from Decleor, Jessica and Carita. Full use of leisure facilities include, indoor swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, Technogym, relaxation room and thermal suite.Fitness
We offer a wide range of fitness classes for our members, however for those guests that are attending a spa day / treatment they would have to contact the spa direct to see if they could attend a fitness class. The Technogym is available to any spa guest and some of the equipment available is - power plate, Treadmills, stepper, wave machines, cross trainer, weight machines, exercise bikes (different styles) , rowing machines. Raising your heart rate can be done relatively easy by increasing your intensity of working out.Cuisine
During the guests spa day they have free use to use our reception area and relaxation room where they can have complimentary herbal teas / water. Dependant on the group size our Healthy Bento Box Lunch is served within the spa reception or within the main hotel. This is confirmed on the day. There is the main hotel bar area which guests are more than welcome to use - along with the hotel lounge. Your package includes a Japanese style bento box lunch which needs to be ordered on arrival to the spa along with your preferred lunch time.|

Amazing! Had the Valentines package which included a healthy lunch in the Spa reception, a massage for both of us, a 3 course evening meal and full use of the spa facilities. Included robe and slippers in your room. Everything was perfect. Spa facilities out of this world, includes an ice room, an aroma spa, 2 sauna\'s, and another spa all in a spa village! Had 2 specialist showers. Nice pool although the water was freezing, they had an outdoor heated jacuzzi area which was my favourite. Evening meal was not off the normal menu and was the high class salon culinere style so interesting but not filling. They didn\'t have a vegetarian option despite me phoning ahead to mention it and including it in my booking form. But the chef pulled out a good alternative menu for me and I tried most of it, although not my kind of food. |

I`m not one to complain, but... I am most definitely not one to complain, and am normally very reserved, however I do not think me and my partner have had a worse weekend anywhere...to the point where we actually couldn\'t wait to leave! Firstly I\'ll note down the good points - The staff were polite, the champagne in the room was nice and the outside Jacuzzi was great. Now to the bad points, My \'30 minute\' treatment lasted 10minutes. The food was served cold. Our food order was taken 15mins before our drinks order, we had already finished our starter and our mains had arrived, before we were told the wine we had ordered was not in and we had to choose another drink! This was after sending the mains back once already too! As a spa break, I wasn\'t expecting to come away from the whole experience more tense and stressed than before I went! |

Fantastic Day I visited the Berystede with 2 friends at the end of July on a Supreme pamper day. The staff were very friendly and the service we received great. The treatments were very relaxing (full body massage, facial, body exfoliation and mini mani & pedi). We also used the pool, sauna, steam room, hydro pool and relaxation room.Lunch was included in the price of the day, and looked and tasted great. It was their ready & waiting for us at the time we had arranged. If lunch isn\'t included in your choice of package you would be in for a shock at the price on the menu (so be warned).3 very happy and relaxed ladies left the spa after 6 hours of pampering. Looking forward to the next time. |

A fantastic relaxing experience There is no option for the Marriot Hotel, County Hall, and London where I had my spa, so please ensure my comments are related to this. This was a deluxe pamper day with my sister who came over form Ireland especially for the occasion. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish with the exception of the lunch. Despite having our order already placed, we had to wait 35 minutes for it to arrive; although the staff were aware that we had treatments booked for 1.30, and serviced other \'paying\' customers first - so it was a disappointingly rushed affair. The spa and the facilities however made up for that - the staff were very friendly and despite not being a hotel guest didn\'t in any way make us feel like we were bargain-hunters with a treat for a day. My favourite part was the swim in the pool to start and the full body massage - I slept particularly well that night! |

very good facilities We all thoroughly enjoyed the spa experience at this hotel. The hotel was very nice alongside the treatments and the facilities. The only downside was that the water in the swimming pool was very cold " I would definitiely recommend this hotel - the food was very good although it would have been nice to have sat in the restaurant . Nice & Relaxing My spa day was my Hen do, so there was 6 of us looking forward to a bit of pampering!A couple of the girls decided to have breakfast at the hotel prior to going downstairs to the spa. The girls were charged £13.50 each for poached eggs on toast! We questioned the price and was told that breakfast is a fixed price whatever you ate!!! The waiting staff gave us the feeling that we had caused some disruptionWhen we went down to the Spa, we were greeted by the girls who were all very pleasant throughout our time there!!We loved the outdoor pool!! Very entertaining in the wind and rain!!!!Lunch was lovely. We were told we would be eating in the resturant but upon arrival we were ushered away to a lounge area and to sit on small leather stools to eat our lunch. #it wasnt the most practical!!Overall the the spa was fab and would return for another dose of pampering but would think twice about going to use/stay at the hotel. |
