I had organised a mother and daughter spa package as a special treat for my mum's birthday at the london marriott county hall, It was an extremely posh hotel, with very friendly and accomodating staff. On arrival we were told by the spa manager that the facilities (sauna, steam room and jacuzzi) were not working, although the pool was. So we were given free complimentary coffee and pastries and vouchers to return within a year for use of the facilities only. Although this was a minor inconveinence, the rest of the day was fantastic, the pool was clean, treatments were relaxing and the staff were very professional. We were able to choose when we wanted lunch and the 2 course meal was exquisite! I would definitely visit again but make sure you check with the spa beforehand to ensure all services are in working order rather than being dissappointed on arrival!Guest Rating -

A dear friend of mine and I went to the London Marriot for a whole day of pampering. It was fantastic, such a wonderful way to spend some chilled out time with a good friend. The day went very fast though.Generally the staff were lovely, the treatments were all great. The food was light and tasty perfect for the occasion. The spa was very clean and facilities good except that the jacuzzi was out of order.Guest Rating
