Basic but pleasant
My overall experience at the County Hall Hotel Spa was satisfactory. The service of staff was excellent and the lunch was very enjoyable. However as the restaurant is on the ground floor of the hotel you have to get changed back into street clothes before dining which is a bit of a relaxation interruption. The overall condition of the spa and level of cleanliness was good. I would say the Spa is more geared for individual treatments and not ideal for a complete spa day. I had two and a half hours of treatments starting with a full body massage, facial, pedicure and manicure. All of which were lovely however the pedicure was very basic and I would not have this treatment done again at the Spa. I would definitely return to the County Hall Hotel Spa however not for a full day or use of the facilities but for specific treatments.

I surprised my wife with a pamper day on Valantine's Day, with 3 half hour treatments for us both. Facilities were excellent, with use of the gym and pool and a light lunch afterwards. Great massage and surprisingly in this day in age of health and safety overkill, a sauna that was actully hot! I'd certainly recommend it and may well revisit in the future.Guest Rating -

It was for the first time that I went for a Spa day. Me and my friend had a great and relaxing day. With our mobiles switched off, away from the madness of the world we had a really nice time. The treatments were upto mark and facilities were simple but nice. The entire day was planned out in a perfect way and having treatment done in the evening was the best part as we could enjoy the morning doing other stuff and then just relax in the relaxation room after the treatment. It was not very crowded and we had a peaceful day. Lunch was light but I think suited the day as you dont really want to have a heavy meal. In all I look forward to going back again!Guest Rating
