Introduction

Kenwick health and leisure club is Lincolnshire�s Premier health and leisure club. It is located within the grounds of the Kenwick estate, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty. The Kenwick park hotel, leisure club and beauty center is approached through a magnificent avenue of majestic broadleaf trees. Open 7 days a week.

The Spa & Treatments

The Health and beauty center offers a wide range of beauty and relaxation treatments including aromatherapy, massage, facials, manicures and pedicures to name but a few. All professional products are used including clarins skin and make-up, cele nail care, phytomer and Tisserand aromatherapy oils. New treatment at Kenwick is LaStone.

Fitness

The Kenwick health and leisure club provides a range of luxury health, fitness ad leisure amenities certainly without equal in the region, all under one roof. All staff are fully trained lifeguards with an aerobic team carrying a variety of qualifications including exercise to music, aqua, step, circuit and body max, spinning as well as qualified gym instructors.

JUST BRILL MY VISIT TO THE KENWICK PARK HOTEL SPA WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT FROM MY SON. THE VOUCHER WAS FOR 1 OVERNIGHT STAY, EVENING MEAL AND BREKFAST + 2 TREATMENTS FOR TWO PEOPLE. MY DAUGHTER IN LAW AND I ARRIVED MID AFTERNOON AND WAS GREETED PLEASANTLY BY THE RECEPTIONIST AND GIVEN OUR ROOM KEY. ONCE UNPACKED WE VISITED THE GYM, SWIMMING POOL, STEAM ROOM AND SAUNA. WHAT A LOVELY RELAXING AFTERNOON/EARLY EVENING. EVERY WHERE WAS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN, THE TOWELS WOULD HAVE BEEN NICER IF THEY WERE BIGGER AND SOFTER OR ROBES WOULD HAVE BEEN EVEN NICER. OUR EVENING MEAL WAS DELICIOUS WITH EXCELLENT SERVICE. AFTER BREAKFAST THE FOLLOWING MORNING WE BOTH HAD A BACK MASSAGE, THIS I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED AND IT WAS FOLLOWED BY A FACIAL. MY YOUNG LADY WAS EXTREMELY PLEASANT AND VERY EASY TO TALK TO. I WOULD CERTAINLY LIKE TO VISIT AGAIN. Very pleasant stay Our treatments sadly were double booked but the staff did everything possible to rectify this.We had back massages, a facial and a manicure. The rooms were very quiet which is a bonus. Lovely soothing music and ambiance. Our therapists were professional and helpful.The hotel is lovely, simple but effective. Our dining experience was very good. The food was fantastic and couldn\'t fault it. The restaurant staff were very pleasant and continually asked if all was ok. The pool and gym facilities are very good here and feel quite informal and not too impersonal. We were relaxed and totally comfortable in good sized rooms and beds. Brilliant I won the Spa experience through work so I didn\'t know what to expect. My sister and I booked a luxury lodge break. We arrived at the hotel and was directed to our lodge. We found our lodge which was set in lovely woodland, we opened the door and it was great, massive front room/diner/kitchen, double bedroom with en-suite, double room with two singles and a pull out bed in the lounge. Very clean and comfortable, towels provided, our view from the veranda was the 6th hole of the golf course. It was very peaceful. The treatments I had were a Clarins facial and a back massage which were both very relaxing, the lady I had was called Georgina and she was great. My sister had a head and back massage. The evening meal and breakfast which were in the price were both very nice. I would definitely recommend and return to Kenwick Park. Fantastic weekend. Excellent service I really really enjoyed the spa day which was a gift from a friend, the girl who did the treatments was friendly, helpful and really knew her job. She was thoughtful and considerate and ensured that I was happy throughtout. The meal that was provided was excellent and as a light lunch blew me aware as it was soooooooo filling. Would really recommend this to anyone as was so enjoyable and relaxing - just what I needed. I expected more I had never been on a pamper day experience. My son gave me a voucher for my birthday back in December but I only got round to booking in April and decided that I would pay to use it towards a Mother/Daughter pamper day, and not living too far from Kenwick Hotel, which is on the Spa-seekers list, I decided to go there. I know it well as a good hotel and restaurant, and knew that lot of people used it for its leisure services. Therefore, I was really looking forward to the day. My daugher and I enjoyed the gym, jaccuzi and steam room, and the treatment were very relaxing, however i dont feel this is a spa, more of a hotel with beauty and leisure. A good standard of treatments At reception I was greeted by very friendly staff, they showed me all the facilities and made sure all my treatments are booked in and took my order for lunch. The staff in the beauty department is very friendly and helpful. There was next to no waiting time after I filed out my medical form. The treatment room had a very nice atmosphere and was good for relaxation. Kate my beautician was brilliant; I can't fail her in anything. When I was waiting for my toe varnish to dry, she got me a nice coffee. :) Then it was lunch time and I had my pre-ordered Sandwich with salad. The food was very good and freshly prepared. Lovely treatments The Beauty Therapy Area is excellent. Very good staff and atmosphere. Staff showed me round on arrival which was very welcoming. The squash court next to the adult sitting/relaxing area just spoilt it for me. Some areas of the club are in need of up dating / DIY. Hen Party Spa Day I had a party of 10 friends for my 'hen pamper day' Although i appreciate it was a large number of people i think it could have been organised better. We could have ideally had a itinery before hand as we didnt know what treatments etc and the times. My party arrived at 10am and some where going to use the jacuzzi, spa etc and pool however the jaquzzi was not working and we were not notified before hand which it would not have hurt them to give me a call. Another thing was that 2 of the party, one being myself was not down for treatments until 3.30. We felt it was a long drawn out day and a lot of waiting about. The treatments were good and lunch was enjoyable - maybe such a large group took the shine off it!
