A. The 220 bedrooms are designed in soft taupes, creams and browns alongside dark walnut, stainless steel and sandblasted glass. Oversize double beds and original artwork complete the contemporary feel, whilst the bathrooms feature cool Philippe Starck fittings.
Q. Explain what 'mod-cons' you provide in the hotel and spa?
A. All guestrooms have LCD flat screen TV's DVDs, hi-fis and iPod connects. Broadband desk hubs have been installed in every room, allowing guests to plug in their laptop and enjoy unrestricted internet access.

Had a lovely time Recently stayed in the K west hotel on the \"love is package\" really was a special treat. It was a surprise birthday gift for my husband. One in which everything was done for me i only had to pay and turn up! Champagne was delivered just after arrival, treatments were nice, spa a bit small but OK and breakfast was ordered not buffet style. Had to ask a few questions as to where to go and what to do but staff were more then helpful once approached. Would definitely return. |

Great spa treatments Booked in a 1 night package. On arrival reception staff didn't tell us where the spa was, had to find it ourselves. Spa staff only escorted us as far as the changing room - didn't show us round the facilities. Spa itself was lovely and treatments were great. Had lunch in the hotel restuarant- not within spa so a bit odd eating in your bathrobes when everyone else is fully dressed. Had risotto which was awful - just over cooked rice. Got access to room at 5pm and was allocated smoking room - was not asked for preference even though we had checked in a 11am. Took 4 phone calls and approx 40mins to get moved to a non smoking room and only after we took our bags ourselves and went back to reception. The second room was lovely and room service food in the evening was good (except the waiter forgot the wine!). Overall great spa and treatments but disappointed with hotel staff and service. |

Beautiful spa, enjoyable experience I had the most fantastic time the staff were very friendly, and caterered to my every need. class & friendly The room was superb. Rose petals and balloons were present due to the 'valentines package' i purchased. All the staff were friendly i we felt right at home.Spa facilities were OK. The changing rooms had water all over the floor, getting my slippers drenched, there were used classes of water inside the spa all around, and there was actually no more water available to drink. I heard one of the guests having to go outside and asking for some. The Jacuzzi was good, steam and dry rooms were fine too. Overall abit disappointed with the actual SPA but the hotel, staff and food was top notch.4/5 |

A good spa This spa is swanky! Took my wife for a weekend away. We enjoyed the spa, jumped on the tube on the saturday afternoon and shopped in London, came back had a nice meal and a few drinks in the bar. A few famous faces too! Breakfast in the morning was huge! |
