Rasul The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The overall spa experience was great and very relaxing. My skin felt lovely after the Rasul mud spa.The spa facility was very clean however the Jacuzzi had sand in the bottom. I can only assume the sand is from the mud spa. The water was very clean however. I would definitely return for another spa experience. I have been four times prior to this and this is the first time the Jacuzzi has needed cleaning. After the spa experience my friend and I enjoyed a smoothie in the relaxing bistro area. A fab relaxing time. |

fantastic! I have been to spas that cost four times this amount, but do not give anywhere near the level of service! Absolutely fantastic in every way. Staff so friendly, treatments and spa area wonderful, so relaxing. Lunch fabulous too, but the best bit was the staff waiting on us hand and foot in the relaxation room and bringing us unlimited free drinks as part of our package! Such good value for money. Can not wait to go again! |

Relaxing and reviving. My sister and I travelled from Liverpool to use this spa as I had bought a special spa experience voucher via the internet. At £10 for the two of us I was not expecting too much but, as it turned out, we were both delighted with the place. The spa is situated within in the building of the public swimming baths. On arrival we thought it looked at bit tatty but when we entered the spa area it was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. The main spa consists of a bubbling spa pool in the centre of a room with 5 different saunas around it. There are also foot spas, monsoon showers and an ice fountain which fills a bowl with crushed ice for you to have a chilly rub down. There is a door which leads to the public swimming baths should you want to use it. We had a terrific time, staying for over 3 hours, with no pressure on us to leave. A great day, we will definately be returning. |

Back Treatment Massage I treated my gran to a back treatment message for Christmas, it was her first time and she really enjoyed. It was so relaxing and the woman that was doing it was really professional and very friendly which made it easier to relax. They explained what they were going to do and asked if she didn\'t want any part done, which my gran appreciated. I would go back again for myself as everything was excellent. I would recommend this to any of my family members and friends. |

Was pleasantly surprised!!! My sister and I booked in for a two hour usage of the spa facilities and came away feeling really refreshed and relaxed. The spa itself was very nicely decorated with the atmospheric lighting and mosaic tiling. I was however a little disappointed to find there was no relaxation area as we had brought some face masks to use and relax in between using the spa rooms. Don\'t let this put you off though as all in all we had a great time. Staff were polite, well presented and I was impressed by the cleanliness in the spa. I will be visiting again! |

Quickly inside and then out! The Spa experience itself was ok apart from the fact it was too quick. I booked a Mother and Daughter Spa day and was told to arrive at 10.00am. On arrival we were given medical forms to fill in. At 10.30am we were shown round the spa. This took us to 10.45am. We were then informed that we could use the facilities and that our pre-booked treatments would start at 11.30am.I felt a little rushed in the spa and felt as though our treatments were rushed. Everything was finished by 12.45pm. We were given lunch in the waiting area, where Joe Public were in and out booking treatments and making general enquiries. We were leaving the place at 2pm. Considering the day cost £200 I really dont think it was value for money as it was not a full day and we felt too rushed to relax. It would have been fine if the price was cheaper and they explained that it would last approximately 3-4 hours. |

The treatments were good. Shock on arrival to find the spa is part of local swimming baths. And pool to use, is the swimming pool complete with flume ! Disappointed then to find no relaxation room available with loungers we`d all taken a book to read while we chilled between treatments]. HOWEVER, by the time we had used the saunas, steam rooms, foot baths and hydrotherapy pool, it was time for an excellent lunch followed by our massages and treatments - which were given by wonderful staff and were absolutely top-notch |

Nice spa but didn't like restaurant The deluxe pamper day offer was very relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed use of the spa and treatments. with regards to the spa-the aromatherapy room and hydrotherapy pool were the most enjoyable. All the treatments were very good.Lunch and drinks throughout the day including the friendly staff made the event a great experience. However the reception and lunching area was very small and didn't feel private enough. General customers were also seated for lunch and drinks and me and my friend were seated in our robes. I didn't feel relaxed being seated there. I think there should have been a separate area for spa-goers and a separate area for the general public. Overall I would definitely book through spa-seekers but perhaps at another venue |
