The Spa it's self was wonderful the hotel staff needed to learn a little more customer service, lunch was quite distressing, The bar staff and the lunch staff didn't know customer services if it had come up and bit them on the bum.Very disappointing, after having a lovely relaxing massage to get stressed while waiting for lunch, had to ask the bar tender for the drinks twice and our lunch that we booked when we got there because of the time of our follow on treatments was very rushed when it did eventually arrive, again asking for it twice.The chill out room was lovely and very good idea. the facilities were very good too.RegardsJoanne Turton/ Karen Hussey

Service was excellent from booking in to departure. Treatments were carried out in a most professional manner and most courteously.The Spa was spotlessly clean and the overall condition very good.My wife and I were very satisfied with our stay and would be very happy to make a return visit.All facilities were happily enjoyed with no real favourite except maybe the view from the diningroom which is stunning !Overall we were both delighted with our stay which was a celebration of 40 years of marriage [RUBY] THANKYOU !Guest Rating -
