WOW! I was absolutely amazed by this spa! The staff were so friendly and willing to help and my treatments were absolutely sensational! I thoroughly enjoyed my full body massage with a facial followed by a manicure and pedicure and all for an amazing price! I will definitely be coming again for this outstanding experience! Fabulous!! I took my Mum for a Mother & Daughter Pamper day today as a treat for her 80th Birthday. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, both in the restaurant and in the spa. When we arrived we changed into robes and slippers and then had coffee and read the papers - sheer indulgence! For lunch we had the nicest baguettes I\'ve ever tasted and then we had wonderful massages and facials, followed by manicures, I only wish I had asked the names of the beauticians so I could thank them personally here, but a big \'thank you\' to both of you. We ended with afternoon tea served in the lounge. We could have made use of the pool, gym etc but for us the chance to just chill out was enough. Everything was spotless and the robes were soft and fluffy. Thank you to everyone for a fabulous day, when we have saved up we will return! Very Enjoyable My only complaint is very minor, but it took an absolute age for my lunch to be served......and I only ordered a Panini, but it was worth waiting for! The overall experience was fantastic and a super birthday present from my sister. Would definitely recommend this spa day as a present. A haven of tranquility We had a full day in the spa; we spent the morning by the pool and in the Jacuzzi. We had tea by the pool (you need to order this upstairs and they\'ll bring it down when you ask them too).The girl who showed us around was pretty useless and didn\'t really explain anything to us; thankfully the other girls were all lovely. Our 1.5 hrs of treatments were actually over 2 hours which was amazing! A back massage, facial, neck and shoulder massage, file and polish for nails and toes. Totally relaxed and chilled out afterwards. Good value, lovely and relaxing!! superb friendly proffesional care inadelightful ambiance My daughter and a friend and I had a very special day out at Holmer Park yesterday.TheWhole atmosphere of the premises seems designed to be welcoming and friendly witha thematic decors of 1930 art and cinema. the treatments we had were facials and back massages. I enjoyed mine so much that I now feel full of positive energy as I work towards christmas.We enjoyd a tasty lunch ,home cooked ,and the open fire and sofas to sink into were gorgeous.The pool with jacuzzies steam room sauna and heated loungers,( not to mention the free tea and coffe brought to us on a tray) was lit well and had a gentle and relaxing atmosphere.It was also a very good size pool in which to do some serious lengths. We did not make use of the gym equipment as we were there for a totally hedonistic experience and we were not disappointed! The only negative comment was that two of us had a bit of a problem sorting out the padlocks on our lockers but put that down to age.Thankyou every one for giving us all a really wonderfull day. Exacctly as it says on "the packet" Ihave just spent a superb day at Holmer Park. The ambiance treatments fa cilities and care were outstanding . All the web sight information is accurate and my visit has re energised me as I approach xmaThe lunch was tasty and eaten in delightful surroundings. the treatment of a facial made me feel relaxed and 10 years younger. The pool was large with a serene atmosphere and we felt very pampered especially with complementary tea and coffee. Wonderfully relaxing and special! Had an excellent day at Holmer Park! The receptionist gave us a very warm welcome. The amenities and overall atmosphere was excellent. Lunch was fabulous and afternoon coffee and cake by the pool was absolutely decadent! The only thing that let this special day down was the manicure at the end of the day which was rushed and not done properly! This wasnt enough to spoil the experience and i will definitely be visiting here again.
