brilliant A wonderful way to spend a day but the next time I would have my treatment in the afternoon rather than the morning. Overall well worth it. |

Stress free pamper day I booked a Lovers Pamper Day as a gift for my partner\'s 60the birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed thee experience throughout Our spa treatments were scheduled for after lunch so after having a coffee on arrival mid morning we took advantage of thee facilities available to us, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room. This was followed by a delicious light but generous salad lunch theen on to our treatments. A neck and back massage and facial for each of us and theen a manicure for me and a finger nail treatment for my partner, all expertly carried out in clean and relaxing surroundings. A most enjoyable day and well worth repeating. Towels and directions etc were provided at reception but robes were not supplied but not needed. |

Very relaxing Only thing I missed was the use of a bath robe, I have visited other spas and I found they supplied a robe. It is more relaxing moving around the establishment in a robe rather than a towel. |

Best Pamper Day Ever Our mum and daughter Pamperday was fantastic. The atmosphere was so welcoming. The treatments were fabulous, especially the prescription facial! The staff were so friendly it felt like we had known them years. I can\'t wait to go back! |

First spa experience This is the first time I had been to a spa. The hotel was in a beautiful setting and easy to find. The staff were very friendly and professional. The pool, sauna and steam room were so relaxing, lunch was delicious (a handsome portion too!) and then we had the beauty treatments; pamper heaven! So relaxing and revitalising, a brilliant day. |

Both energising and relaxing Before my spa experience disappointedly came to an end, I was already seeking information for future visits. I was impressed by every aspect of the facilities and service. Nearly two hours in the morning to have a leisurely swim in the surprisingly large pool, with lots of natural light and country views. I\'d recommend pre-ordering lunch, which I did, especially if you are working up an appetite. The food was great by the way. It was pretty good to have three treatments all provided by the same person. Whilst very new to the job and spa industry, she was professional and pleasant to talk to but not over talkative. There was a moment before the treatments where I felt anxious, due to noisy deliveries outside. However; this was soon relieved with a gentle massage and a wonderful, multi-layered facial. My only regret is inadvertently washing off the nail polish after my manicure! |

Nice and relaxing day Overall the spa experience was really enjoyable. The lunch provided was very nice. The staff were friendly and the treatments were good. My only criticism would be that when we first arrived we felt a bit lost, no one really gave us any direction as to how the day would pan out. |

Hollings heaven Hollings Hall Spa is a great place to be! Upon arrival it wasn\'t obvious where to go, but the friendly staff pointed us in the right direction. Lunch was provided, and with the spa being attached to a hotel, the food was very good and the restaurant very relaxed. The treatments were excellent and the staff very skilled and friendly. We were made to feel very comfortable and the time just seemed to slip away! The treatment area was fairly small but it was very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend to a friend. |
