Everyone needs some �me time� once in a while and at revive Spa within the Holiday Inn Birmingham - Bromsgrove, we take chilling out as seriously as working out! If you need a brief escape from everyday life or you need pamper a bride to be, a visit to revive will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and revitalised. Our philosophy is simple; to provide an extensive treatment menu, highly qualified staff and a peaceful experience from beginning to end. After your treatments, you can spend the afternoon in the sauna and steam rooms, lazing in the bubbling spa bath or relaxing poolside, with a selection of glossy magazines.

The Spa & Treatments

We use some of the world’s best skincare products, including Guinot and St Tropez, to provide both contemporary and traditional treatments for men and women. With ingredients harnessed from Mother Nature, you can be assured of a stimulating, delicate and pure treatment. Enjoy a whole body aromatherapy massage with blended oils for total relaxation, a Hydradermie facial treatment to rejuvenate and oxygenate fatigued skin or a spa manicure including a hand and arm massage. We can also offer natural looking gel nail enhancements to complete your perfectly manicured look! Before and after your treatments, sooth away the stresses in our sauna, steam room, spa bath and indoor pool.

Fitness

Facilities in the revive Health Club include a fitness suite, packed with intelligent Technogym equipment, designed to work every muscle group. Floor to ceiling windows flood the gym with daylight and the latest visual entertainment system is in place for your enjoyment. Gone is the temptation to skip your workout on a hot day as effective air conditioning has been fitted to ensure maximum comfort. If you prefer gentler exercise, swim in the deck level heated pool or enjoy a sauna, steam or spa bath. If you prefer exercise with a social aspect, we recommend aqua aerobics 4 times a week and a must for improving muscle tone, body conditioning classes.

Birthday Present I have to say that this was was a wonderful experiene, Claire was very friendly and made me completely at ease and totally enjoyed my treatments, I felt so relaxed and pampered and in all would recommend Claire and the spa to all my friends. Brilliant My girlfriend and I went to the holiday Inn Bromsgrove to enjoy some time together and get away from our hectic lives for a day. We had a great day we were looked after from the time we stepped though the door. We had the spa almost to ourselves! We were greeted with tea, coffee and orange juice, we were then told what to expect from the day, where our treatment would take place etc. When we were ready we then went though to relax in the spa area (we could have used gym but we just wanted to relax). We spent a morning in the pool and steam room. Then we went though to lunch. We had a good variety of food to choose from. Then it was treatments all afternoon, which was lovely, we really enjoyed it. Wonderful Day of Pampering I had a wonderful day at the spa from start to finish. The therapists were friendly, professional and made me and my mother feel at home. The treatments were delightful; I had a facial and fell asleep and for me that is quite an achievement! I have told all of my friends and I will be going back soon. Very enjoyable I would like to disagree with the other reviews, as I have recently had treatments and feel that it was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience. The treatments I received were all organised well so that I could follow on with my next treatment, they were also extremely relaxing and worth every penny!!! All of the staff were very helpful, they pointed me in the right direction. The waiting room had been renovated and looked fantastic, as well as one of the beauty rooms.
