What A Brilliant Day. What a wonderful time from start to finish, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, they showed me all the facilities, and took me to my locker then, presented me with my robe and slipper\'s which I could take home with me. As I’m slightly disabled I just lazed by the pool watching everyone, it was really nice, plus the staff was asking after my well being, then my treatments began. oh boy! I was in seventh heaven. I recommend everybody to go it\'s totally brilliant, and well worth it. I would go again, thank you Hanbury Manor. |

relaxing post Christmas treat The moment you arrive at Hanbury Manor you feel relaxed. The peaceful setting and calm atmosphere started our day well. Two of my daughters accompanied me and we spent the morning chilling by the pool reading books, having a dip and relaxing in the steam room. We then went for a delicious lunch with waiter service. Every thing was professional and we all felt pampered and recharged. After lunch we all enjoyed our treatments and later we had afternoon tea in the main hotel (worth the extra cost) which ended our day perfectly. |

Average My friend and I came to Hanbury Manor for an Indulgence Spa Day on a 2-for-1 offer. This being a special treat, I was a bit disappointed with the facilities. The overall feel of the place was somewhat tired and dated. My friend and I both used the gym, the sauna, jacuzzi and the steam room before our treatments. Whilst everything was very clean, the layout of the gym felt cramped and the equipment not very modern. Equally, the jacuzzi was pretty small and not particularly powerful, though the steam room was spacious. The food in the restaurant was good with a reasonable choice. I really can\'t fault the friendliness of the staff and the quality of our treatments was excellent. If the main focus of your visit is the treatments, then come here. However, if you want somewhere with a luxurious ambiance and modern spa facilities, then you\'d be better off booking somewhere else. |

A birthday bliss! I went to the spa with my daughter as a birthday treat for her. Everything came up to expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were first rate and the treatment I can honestly say was the best I have ever had in a spa! The manor itself is beautiful and the surrounding grounds added to the tranquility of the whole day. Add to this a delicious two course meal. The only thing wrong with the day was that it went too quickly!! |

" Pure Luxury!" The 'ultimate' in special treats! - A day at the Hanbury Manor Hotel Spa!!!The Staff were wonderful, caring and so professional!! All Treatments were fully explained beforehand and were carried out in warm,relaxing treatment rooms, on heated couches, with soft music playing in the background!! Tea,Coffee, Water & Soft drinks were continuously available and in-between-times, one is able to relax on 'squashy' comfortable Sofas by the beautiful swimming pool !! There is also a well-equipped Gym, for those feeling energetic and wishing to keep 'in shape'! |

nice and relaxing Our day atHanbury Manor was lovely,my friend and I had booked for the shell lava treatment which is a heat based treatment and the therapist explained really well what she did and the benefits, my only whinge is that it was supposed to be an hour long treatment and I reckon we only got about 40 minutes each.My friend also booked to have her hand and toe nails painted, the girl who did them was lovely but very inexperienced and did not do them a great standard, my friend agonised over wether to mention it at the end and decided she would as it was'nt cheap, the manager dealt with it impeccably, she was happy to paint my friends nails again and give it to her for free, we did'nt have time to get them re-painted but were very happy in how it was dealt with.The facilities here are lovely, the only thing I missed from spa days in other places was a relaxation room. |

Relaxing, friendly, beautiful. Hanbury manor is set in the most beautiful surroundings, very easy to reach and the perfect place to spend a day relaxing and being pampered.I received a gift voucher as a present and chose to spend my day in the spa with my mother. The treatments we had were both affordable and value for money. The therapists were very friendly and made it all the more relaxing.A place to go for a special occasion or just because you fancy a treat and being spoilt for the day! |
