Housing a myriad of luxurious facilities including decadent treatment suites, sumptuous relax areas, a VIP couples suite, an authentic Hamman, the stunning Arabian Rasul, the unique Asian Sensory Garden and relaxing leisure facilities, Spa by Kasia also offer to you the most lavish of treatments from elite product houses such as Decleor, Clarins, Elemis and Jesscia as well as an exotic selection of signature treatments exclusive to the Spa.

Lovely but a bit short changed Beautiful spa and attentive staff. Only negative was that the treatments were a lot shorter than they were supposed to be leaving me feeling rushed and a bit short changed so in terms of treatments the day was not good value for money. The only other problem is that the beautiful relaxation room only has room for 4 clients so keep your fingers crossed for a quiet day otherwise you will have to sit in reception or go home early!! Lovely spa experience We received excellent and professional service, both before and during our deluxe pamper day. Treatments were timed to suit our preferences and these were well spaced out in a logical order. We received a warm welcome and a helpful tour of the spa and its facilities. The spa day was a birthday treat for my mum and it was lovely to have the double treatment room for our massage and facial. The staff paid attention to the type of massage we wanted and whether we wanted to be kept informed of each step of the treatments or is left to relax and enjoy the soothing music. The quality of food at lunchtime was good and the separate space to eat was pleasant and comfortable. My only criticism is that the \'manicure\' and \'pedicure\' were basically a file and polish. It would have helped to have our expectations of these 30 minute treatments managed. Wonderful experience We booked a lovers package day spa, when we arrived the staff were so helpful and attentive to us. We were given a tour of the spa before our treatments. The treatments were really good and the therapists were excellent. We had our treatments scheduled in the double room but the kitchen staff had decided to move all the furniture around which made a dreadful noise and was not relaxing. We were moved to separate treatments rooms and given an extra treatment for the disruption which we didn\'t expect. The spa was extremely clean and the ambience was very conducive to a very relaxing time. For lunch the package only included one course so we paid extra for starters and drinks which was fine by us as the quality of the food was excellent. Heavenly day! Easily located from the area I live! Luxurious spa with fantastic treatment rooms plus facilities! Staff were very polite and helpful and made you feel very welcome! Went for mother & daughter spa package as a gift from myself for my mums 50th birthday, was definitely a special treat! Was a very relaxing day and would do for any occasion like hen parties, special birthdays, mothers day or even just for a day of treating yourself to a pamper! I would highly recommend it and will definitely be returning...Sheer luxury & relaxation! life-enhancing treat Sumptuous Asian spa, aromatic, luxuriously comfortable, relaxing with rippling waterfalls and beautifully clean everywhere. Lovely pool with daylight through French windows. The treatments were simply divine and the therapist was skilled, delightful and charming; thank you Sanda. By comparison the service at lunch was disappointing but the food was very good with plenty of choice. I would certainly return for another blissful day but would take a flask as there was no complimentary coffee or machines anywhere. Good Had a pedicure which could have been better as it did not set in the time they said so it smudged I have had better at other places and on my registration I ticked that they should talk through what they were doing on the facial, they did not. Just a little point but more attention to detail. They also could have listed what you had on your face in case you wanted to buy the products. Felt truly pampered The staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. We felt an immediate sense of relaxation as we entered the spa and the treatments were excellent - a really good range in the pamper day package. The fresh fruit on offer was a nice touch and the lunch was very tasty and beautifully served. I left my jacket behind and this was dealt with efficiently. Refreshing , excellent decor . This was an excellent day spa. Outstanding decor and ambience - if a little too dark at times - particularly when having a toe re-polish .However by far the best spa I have visited .The Thai lunch was delicious and welcoming to be included in the package. Staff were excellent and very professional. Lovely to have your shoes carried away on a tray! Best back massage ever and wonderful facial. Slightly disappointed with the toe re-polish - in the day package - it was literally that and my toe nails were still too long - so would rather have paid a little more to have a more thorough pedicure. Pure relaxation ! My friend Claire and I treated ourselves to a belated 40th birthday spa day at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa in Chester, and what a totally relaxing time we had. Upon our arrival we were warmly greeted by the spa staff, and shown around the spa and pool areas. We chose a 2hour treatment which included a back and shoulder massage, facial, and an Indian Head massage. Fabulous! The whole day was pure relaxation, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience there. All the areas including the pool area were absolutely spotless, and the staff were extremely friendly. We would definitely recommend this spa to anyone deserving a treat, and we are definitely going to go back there again, and try some different treatments, as there are lots to choose from. Total luxury Having never experienced a spa day before, i thought it would be like a beauty salon, just bigger. How wrong was I... The karma spa felt like 5 star luxury with attention to detail in every respect. We enjoyed a mother and daughter pamper day, and the staff were so patient and courteous, especially to mum who is deaf. The food was also outstanding, an all round excellent service.We will be back.
