Heaven This spa day was a present for my Daughters 21st and it was a truly wonderful day for both myself (mum) and Melissa. Never having done one of these before we didn\'t quite know what to expect, but from the moment we arrived we felt like we were celebrities for the day. The luxurious surroundings, high standard of service all contributed to us having a day to remember. We were there all of the day, and floated between sensory rooms, steam and sauna rooms and specialised treatment rooms. We really didn\'t want the day to end and both came away feeling totally relaxed with a great feeling of well being. Day of pure heaven This is the second time I have visited this spa and I was not disappointed! On arrival I was shown to the bistro and treated to a complimentary tea or coffee. I was then given a tour of the spa and left to get changed into my swimming costume and robe. Formby Hall is very relaxed and the staff can\'t do enough to help. I had opted for a Vitality spa day which included a facial. I had a rejuvenating facial which lasted around 30 minutes. The therapist was very friendly and explained all the treatment. During the treatment she let me relax and enjoy it. Lunch was also included which was a wrap, ciabatta or salad with a glass of wine and a small plate of fruit. I then spent the afternoon going into the dry relaxation room, the thermal relaxation room and the pool area. I didn\\\'t want to go home and I can\\\'t wait to go back! |

Maternity Indulgence Day Perfection I gave my daughter the \"Maternity Indulgence Day\" as a Christmas gift. She was absolutely delighted to receive it at Christmas and arranged to visit in January. She was 7 months pregnant at the time and feeling a little bit \"frumpy\". She returned after the spa day feeling refreshed, revitalised and ready to feel a woman again. Thank you. |

Brill day Went for purity day. Had a good day. staff are friendly and very helpful. Lunch in the bistro (included in the package) was good. Had wrap and friend had salad. Glass of wine and fruit included. Had gravity retreat dry float experience. Would recommend this for perfect relaxation. Good gym, not too busy, especially for a Saturday. Thermal heat room is good. Would definitely return, would have overnight package next time as it seemed a shame to have to go home after such a relaxing day. |

Chillout day Brilliant day, and a lovely a pre Christmas treat . Tried the gravity dry floatation this is well recommended . Lunch was good. Staff friendly and well organised. This is one of the best spa\'s I been to for a day visit, everything went to plan . The only thing that’s needed is an extra shower in the changing room. Other showers available but these were also in use . Would definitely go back , especially before Christmas |
