Fawsley Hall looks out over the serene landscape of Northamptonshire, the shire of 'spires and squires', set deep within the Heart of England. Surrounded by 2,000 acres of rolling parkland, the original Tudor manor house, with its vaulted great hall and Queen Elizabeth 1 chamber, forms the core of this magnificent country hotel. The stately splendour is rounded off by the Georgian and Victorian wings, with their graceful gables, playful gargoyles and imposing gothic crenellations.
The hotel's handsomely furnished interior combines luxury with period elegance. Guests can delight in Fawsley's celebrated cuisine, relax in front of the roaring log fires or take a gentle stroll around the picturesque 2,000 acre estate, which includes a series of lakes landscaped by Capability Brown.
Inside the Hotel, the visual delight is continued by the Great Hall and its restored vaulted roof. All the bedrooms are individually furnished and the views are exquisite.

In 1575, Fawsley Hall received the honour of playing host to Queen Elizabeth I. The Queen's original suite, with its soaring roof, delicately carved fireplace and sumptuous four-poster bed, exemplifies the luxury and charm of this historic hotel.
The Tudor, Georgian and Victorian wings all have their own special character, which is reflected in the accommodation.
Each of the hotel's 43 spacious, individually styled suites and rooms enjoys its own unique ambience, furnishings and decorative flourishes.
Throughout the Hall, the views of Fawsley Park and the countryside beyond are, as you would expect, quite spectacular.

Head Chef Phil Dixon's innovative fusion food combines influences and flavours from the Mediterranean with traditional English dishes and ingredients. Born in Northumberland his passion for food was nurtured by his family and further developed on meeting his Croatian born wife. Prior to joining Fawsley Phil worked as Sous Chef at award winning Lucknam Park in Wiltshire a Relais & Chateau property. Other appointments have included La Stampa in Dublin, L'Escargot in
