  Excellent
  Really impressed with our spa day. Right from the word go the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Had a nice morning in the gym and swimming pool, then followed by a lovely, fresh and healthy lunch in the hotel's Royal Bar.Then the treatments in the afternoon were excellent, the staff were very friendly and the treatments (massage, facial, head massage / manicure) were first class and really hit the spot. We left the spa feeling incredibly relaxed, and just wanted to stay like that for the rest of the day!Surroundings were lovely and the atmosphere was very relaxed and informal. A great day I would recommend to anyone.

  Excellent!!
  Excellent day! No problems encountered at all & the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Only downside to the day was that as the Spa has its own local 'members' who use the gym & pool, the pool was always full of old ladies bobbing up & down & then they'd move to the jacuzzi & not leave for ages.Would go back as the treatments & service were absolutely superb but the old ladies hogging the facilities put a damper on the day......Staff were spot on & nothing was too much trouble :)

  Bought a Deluxe pamper day for two ,the therapists we had were overall very good, the facilities were nice and clean but the relaxing room was very small and there was no where else really to sit to kill time before treatments started.Food was a great disappointment.Would return for a treatment but not for a full day.

  A wonderful experience
  We arrrived in the morning for our mini spa pamper day, were met and given coffee, then were told they were a therapist short. Their overall handling of the situation was extremely professional and without any hesitation the spa manager had arranged another day for all 3 of us. However we still had a lovely day as we had use of the pool, gym etc, 3 course lunch with glass of wine, 1 of us had all 3 treatments and the other 2 had 1 treatment each. The therapists were all lovely and looked after us extremely well, treatments were excellent. We felt the situation was handled in such a way that we still enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to the next one.

  Spa excellent - lunch not so good
  The staff in the Spa were fantastic and the treatments were very good. However, the quality of lunch was poor and the service was not that good. Overall i thought it was overpriced. I coud have booked the treatments and had a better lunch outside the hotel for half the price.

  much fun had!
  My friend and i had a lovely day at the spa. We made full use of all facilities offered before having our treatments in the afternoon. The staff were very accommodating and changed the treatment to suit my needs as I didn't want a facial. The only slight disappointment was the lunch, which we felt was slightly bland. overall a much needed, much enjoyed pamper day.

  thoroughly relaxing experience
  we went on a lovers spa for a break from the children something we had never done together and my husband had never done before. For my husbands new experience he thoroughly enjoyed it and relaxed really quickly as he has a very busy jobi n london and relaxing is a high priority for him and us as a couple.the staff we friendly and couldnt do more.i have been to champneys before and this was far more personal and a far better experience. the only downside was we booked a room to make a weekend of it and the bed was alot to be desired seemed as if it had seen better days so not a great ending to a perfect day,. shame.but we would definantly do it again.

  Value for money.
  My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our spa days! Our agenda was sent to us from the spa hotel prior to our date of arrival, having our treatment times and lunch time details allowed us to plan our day. The staff were very attentive, we were greeting on our arrival with the offer of tea, coffee etc. Our treatment day was explained to us, we were escorted around the facilities - and felt very welcome. We had an excellent lunch, then chilled out in the relaxation room, before starting our treatment. After our treatment we were so relaxed, we just chilled out in the relaxation room (nearly fell asleep). We think the treatments etc we had for our pamper day were definitely value for money - cant wait to do it all again. Thanks spaseekers.

  Overall, my mum and I, were very happy with the service. The spa facilities were fantastic and the staff were professional, friendly and extremely helpful. The only negative was the quality of the service in the restaurant. Although the food was lovely, the service was very slow and the waitor did not ask if we needed any drinks.
