Left a lot to be desired. We had a girls day out here as special treat and were disappointed with the facilities being so small. When we arrived and got changed, there were only 2 pairs of spa slippers available. When I asked for a third pair for myself, I was given a very worn looking pair of men's black plastic beach shoes about 10 sizes too large for me. I don't think so thank you! I asked for spa slippers and they didn't have any which amazed me so I went without. The staff (the one girl who was there) was very nice and polite, but did not add any value to our experience. The 'spa' consists for 4 rooms - changing, sauna/steam, a second private sauna room and shower & the so called relaxation room. As we were showering and getting changed to leave, one of the showers flooded the entire changing room which is small enough without the girl putting loads of towels on the floor trying to mop up around us. I am a regular spa user and this left a lot to be desired. |
