Accommodation
Oulton Hall has 152 bedrooms. For family use, extra beds or cots are available on request.
All rooms have bath, shower, direct dial telephone, hairdryers, Sky TV, tea/coffee making facilities and trouser press. Most rooms are non smoking, however some smoking are available. Disabled rooms have adapted bathrooms and lower sockets.

Set on 2 floors the Fitness Studio offers upto date Cardio-Vascular equipment in addition to an area for abdominal exercises. Meanwhile on the lower level the latest in resistance equipment is available. With fully qualified staff available to show how to use the equipment.
If that all sounds too much for you, then why not make use of the 15m heated swimming pool which is complemented by a therapeutic whirlpool spa. These 2 facilities form the centre feature of the Leisure Club.
If the Pool and Spa do not appeal to you then why not relax in the Sauna or Steam Room. Both of these facilities will relax you in preparation for your forthcoming treatments
