Luxury pamper day Lovely setting. Treatments were probably the best that we have ever had. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area quite small. Changing facilities and showers were in need of a revamp. Only down side was that we were not aware that there was just a £10 allowance for food on the luxury pamper day. Everything on the menu was more than the allowance and had to be paid for. |

Very Relaxing Experience Very relaxing experience but Slaley Hall were very mean and penny pinching with the drinks as you only get one free drink after which you have to pay for every drink. Whereas every other spa experience we have attended, the drinks have always been free and unlimited. This really spoilt the enjoyment of the day, especially when it was so expensive. |

Very relaxing Had a very relaxing spa day with my friend. Nice pool area. Not as plush as the pics but nice enough all the same. Could have done without the couple of kids splashing about in the pool, but it was the school hols. Around the pool are a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. White robes and slippers were provided. We ordered a snack at the bar area by the pool which was nice. We got there for about 10am and treatments started at 2pm. We thought the treatments would be spread out throughout the day so were a bit worried we\'d get bored waiting for 2pm to come around but the time flew by. We had a back massage, facial and manicure. All very good. Although my face did flare up after the facial despite asking for a sensitive skin treatment. Overall good experience although, not fantastic! Would probably find somewhere new to go next time rather than returning. Would recommend for a one off treat. |

Well worth the money I bought the mother and daughter package for my mums 40th. We had never had a spa day before so we were not to sure what to expect. When we arrived there was a table reserved for us with dressing gowns towels slippers everything you need. We were only there 5 minutes when two lovely girls came to take us off for our first treatments. We enjoyed a gorgeous back massage which lasted for 30 minutes followed by a lovely facial for another 30 minutes. I never felt so relaxed in my entire life! We then got our swimming costumes and enjoyed some time in the Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and pool. Then we ordered some food for which we had a £10 pound allowance each and received a free complementary drink. We both ordered a ham sandwich which was lovely and very filling! We spent some time lounging round the pool reading magazines and going for a swim pure bliss! At 3pm we both received a nail file and polish. FANTASTIC |

Excellent day but poor food The spa was excellent, very well equipped and maintained. Spa staff was very efficient, professional and treatments were faultless. The only disappointment with the whole experience was at lunch time, where the choice on offer in the juice bar was very limited and I had to wait almost an hour for a very average ham sandwich. I did notice other customers complaining about the quality and waiting time for the food. I would definitely recommend a Spa day at Slayley, but take a packed lunch just in case! |

Relax & unwind I was here in March for a De Luxe pamper day with a friend as a treat. We were made to feel special from the moment we arrived until we decided to drag ourselves away later on that afternoon. The staff were excellent, couldn’t fault them one bit; we even had a reserved table in the eating area that remained reserved until we left. Meal was included in the price - we settled on a kiddies meal (burger and chips) it was HUGE and tasted nice (chips were cold; dish could have been warmed), only other fault, no drink was included with meal. Totally pampered throughout the stay with the therapist offering advice when I asked for it, but leaving me to unwind whilst getting a massage and facial and even made sure that I was warm enough whilst receiving the treatments, with the offer of turning up the heating - bonus! Sauna, steam room and pool were great, I would definitely return – even though a bit costly. |

Slaley Hall Spa Day The setting of Slaley Hall is stunning and the spa area is really nice. The swimming pool is long enough if you want a proper swim and the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room were very relaxing.We had a neck, shoulder and back massage and an Indian head massage for our treatments. The treatments were nice and relaxing however the treatment room was cold so I didn't feel very relaxed afterwards.The light lunch included in our package was very light but it was very nice.Overall I would recommend Slaley Hall for a spa day and I would recommend booking with Spa Seekers as the service provided was excellent. |
